We toured a lot of of them trying to find a nice place to put a RV. And this place wins hands-down. The pool is large and beautiful with lots of chairs there's pickle ball there's Bocce there's horse Everybody gets a nice area for their RV with a nice brick patio and a picnic table. The river runs right through there you can go kayaking or you can go paddle boarding down the river. Everything is so well maintained it's clean and it's just absolutely wonderful. There last year's winter schedule was full of things to do where you would never be bored. Can't wait for my family members to get here and stay there. We stopped in the office and both times we stopped. The two ladies were absolutely super special very kind explained everything gave us all just a complete joy and beautiful place to stay

I do have a couple complaints about the park. One being is that it needs a hot tub. Most RV parks of this nature have hot tubs. This one is lacking. The other complaint is about screen rooms. This park is in Florida and there are lots of bugs and no see'ums. However, this park does not allow screen rooms at your RV site unless that room is attached to your RV. Without a screen room you need to lather up in bug spray. Sites are fairly close together but there is still room to have a nice patio. A river flows through the park making it perfect for kayaking. Roads are level for bike riding and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. We enjoyed shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball and many of the other activities available at the park. Should we return to Florida for another winter, we would definitely consider staying here. It's also in a great location and close to the beach.

Our rooms were ready upon checking in and it was an easy process. When first walking in the lobby I loved the chandeliers and luxury feel of the hotel. They have valet service which they're all extremely nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was equipped with a kitchen/sink/fridge/and dishwasher which was nice on nights we wanted to eat in. The beds were my favorite as the sheets are very comfy. The view is stellar over looking the marina with boats docked. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. I also think the highlight of this hotel is the service. Our rooms were cleaned every day, even when we were in our rooms late afternoon and needed the room cleaned later on in the day without having to ask to come back later for cleaning. Also, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river are so fun and beautifully kept. There is also an adult only section of the pool with a lap pool , regular pool, and hot tub which was nice. However, the club where the pools are are a little far and the hotel staff transport you to and from the pools back to the hotel. Some times it takes five minutes but when they're busy you might wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle which can sometimes be hard to wait with small children. Also, if you want a shuttle to the beach it's great because they give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The downside is we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel. The same gentlemen that valet the cars are the ones that shuttle guests around. When they're busy valeting, shuttle services get backed up. I do think they should have more shuttles, but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Lastly, Larry was one of the best shuttle staff. He was personable, helpful, and always had a smile. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

The pools have plenty of staff taking drink orders and delivering hot food; I love being pampered. The staff at the edge of the beach are ready to set up lounge chairs and an umbrella and they even set up a flag that you raise if you needs a frozen cocktail or something to snack on. The staff at the valet station and the front desk were excellent. My only complaint is that my trip had to end and I can't wait until my return trip.

Wonderful service, incredible view of the ocean and a perfect sunset. Breakfast both days- must order Huevos Rancheros - one of the best ever! Tried to stay healthy the next day and SO glad I ordered the Acai Bowl - one of the best ever! Walked the stunning beach. Enjoyed relaxing poolside and even went to the fitness center both days! We would definitely stay here again.

Every time I drive down Collier and look at all the high rises I miss those days more and more. Club Regency is a condo community with mostly regular timeshare owners that come year after year for 1-3 weeks. It's small and homey and that's why I love it. Each building is 3ish stories with the first being parking and the top 2 being 2 bed / 2 bath condos. They do a good jump of updating everything throughout the years and the staff is always friendly. Again. This isn't a giant luxury hotel. If that's what you're looking for you're going to be disappointed. If you are looking for a friendly community to have a relaxing vacation sipping drinks on the beach and grilling at the pool this is your place. There is plenty of space for everyone and you won't have to fight for space like some of the other spots. Long gone are the days there were more lizards than people on Marco but if you ignore the giant castle hotel next door sometimes you can revive the feeling of what it used to be like.

This was the worst experience ever…read more We walked into a dirty and unsensitized room - it was used by another family before we arrived and it was missed by the cleaning crew (this was confirmed by the head of the sanitation crew at the resort) I had to clean dirty beds with private part hair and long black head hair in the beds, I washed all sheets, pillows and blankets and cleaned all the bathrooms including toilets with urine left in them from other people, but I couldn't imagine my kids using this facility without me cleaning it. The office was closed due to our arrival day being Saturday and it was also Easter break so the office didn't reopen until the following Tuesday when we brought this up with the manager he offered us a 50.00 dinner voucher for my troubles. It was very insulting and disrespectful. When I told him that we will speak with his manager Michael's response was " good luck with that " We honestly looked for another facility but again it's Florida on Easter weekend everything was booked. PLEASE BELIEVE ME AND DONT RENT HERE - THE TREATMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB - HIS MANAGERIAL SKILLS ARE NOT SO MANAGERIAL. Actually the head of the sanitation crew was apologetic and had more common sense than Michael (the manger) did.

We live only 10 minutes from the Park Shore Resort in Naples. FL, but we had a water main break 3…read moreweeks before Mr. Ian blew into town, and we had to shut off our water until plumbers and insurance companies could be dealt with. So we booked ourselves into one of the Park Shore Resort's residence apartments. Very nice two-bed, two-bath place equipped with everything you could want. Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, silverware, mixing bowls whisks, measuring cups - you name it, it was there. Once a week full maid service and three times a week fresh towels and trash pick-up. Nice view, too. Overlooking a small lagoon. All at a very reasonable price. And then there's the staff. Notably a young man named Bryan, who I think is either an owner or maybe the manager. When we moved back to our home for Hurricane Ian because we had hurricane shutters and a generator, and the resort didn't; we left a lot of our stuff in our Park Shore apartment thinking we would return once Ian had passed. After the hurricane passed (we were spared any serious damage), we tried to call the resort, but we kept getting a message that they wouldn't re-open until October 15th. I went over there on Oct. 3rd to see if anyone was there and if I could collect anything from our room as the re-piping of our house was to start in two days and we'd be moving back home.. Well, it turns out they were open and had just gotten power back that day. So I asked the young lady at the front desk if we would be charged for the 2 days past the last paid week. She said yes, because our stuff was still in the room. A few minutes later, when I tried to take a luggage trolley up to our third floor apartment, i found that the elevator was out of service. I went back to the front desk where Bryan happened to be, and I explained everything that was going on. He said, "Go home and call us tomorrow to see if we've got the elevator fixed. There is a fitness center and beautiful pool, and the pool is located on a beautiful island in the middle of all the rooms. * I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to: A) no elevator, which we aren't handicapped, so no biggie, but we have a toddler and you get the picture of how much gear they require lugging around B) 24 hour check in is unavailable C) maid service is every 3 days- if towels are needed, they will get more delivered to your room if you call the office & you can pick them up anytime

They advertised one month free rent with no conditions…read morestated. since I only needed a ten month rental, I was told that the free month was only on yearly even though the ad never specified this condition From that point on ward it was downhill 1 infestation of ants that were never treated properly 2. lack of security even though security gates were never operational Constant knocking on doors all hours of the night Outside teenagers inlarge groups using the pool,after hours 3. Management promises that were never kept as far as the date of operation for the security gates 4. delay of mail service due to the fact that wrong zip code was provided to the post office 5. took almost thirty days to return an overpayment of rent 6. grounds were not well maintained. 7.rental agent had no authority to make decisions and referred you to management who didn't answer the phone and never set up a mailbox to take messages The final deceitful move on Solunna's part is when I gave them the required notice that I was vacating my unit under the 45 day notice with two months left on my lease The penalty for early termination was two months rent I asked for some sort of compensation since I only had two months left once again, they strung me along with no answer until after I moved out Apparently, they had a tenant for my unit and stalled answering me so they could collect rent from the new tenant as well as charge me the penalty Why with so many vacant units did they choose my old one There response to me was that I broke the lease and they had the right to rent it. If they would have responded to my request to reduce the penalty I would have never terminated my lease. Stay Away From This Development
