A number of houses on our street were cited by the city for sidewalk violations. I called around and checked Angie's list. I got several estimates and did a little more checking around and went with Frank. Everything was exactly as planned and the quality of work was excellent. Other than having to pay for sidewalks or face the sidewalk police, this could not have been better. I know there is a bad review out there. I have no idea how that could be.

We need our patio door replaced…read moreright away due to broken glasses, I reach out to Steve the previous night around 11 pm, he, not only answered but was able to work with me on a plan and execute it the next day. Since we were in an emergency situation, Steve was able to assemble a crew quickly after their scheduled job and worked on our house tirelessly till about midnight and cleaned everything up and was super courteous. Steve and George came out on a Saturday to finish up trim work and putting in the screen door (had to wait for caulk to dry). Steve is unlike the other contractors I've worked with, he shows up and keeps his word and will be there till it's finished to customers satisfaction. Will definitely use him again if needed. In fact, we hired him to remove an old antenna bolted / screwed to the house already. I manage 3 Air BnBs and have used Main Maintenance several times now. The first time was when I was in a desperate situation after someone renovated my bathroom and destroyed it. Ben came and fixed everything in the nick of time so I didn't have to cancel my guests. He is so sweet and such a professional and always comes through with a crew of guys who all know so much. Plus he is very reasonably priced! He always gets back to me immediately, and even though he is usually booked up, he will come immediately for an emergency and even came to do a job over the weekend because I was desperate to get it turned around.
