This IGA - aside from being amazing in all the ways I described in my original review - seems to be setting the standard for how to properly operate under the current conditions so I wanted to share in the hopes of other grocery stores following their lead. When you arrive here, all the doors are closed except for one and when you enter that one there's a portable handwashing station like you'd see outside portopotties at a festival. So everyone is washing their hands as they enter. Then they are given a cart which has just been wiped down by the staff. Staff are also circulating wiping down the handles of fridge doors etc. Cashiers are using sanitizer between every customer and as you leave your cart is immediately wiped down again. This loving attention will save lives in our community and I really really appreciate it.

To this day it's her favourite salad dressing and we try to buy a case (of 12) twice a year! They have an excellent produce selection, seafood, cold cuts, and cool sauces and house brand Farm Boy brand + and excellent bakery! I've noticed they have boned up on prepared foods and have one of the biggest selection I have seen on K-cups for Keurig! It's really a shame we couldn't have FB in Montreal as it excels at providing a different yet fresh and cool selection of different products! One time there was a small mis-hap with the way my groceries were packed last week. I called to inform them, not really to complain. They had a new person learning how to do it. The website for ordering is not bad; it is daunting at first but once you have your regular items sorted out it's a breeze to create the next order. Recently we stopped four days in one week for a meat sale item and when they had none the management had one excuse after another. It has become so frustrating to shop and not find close to half of the items we're looking for forcing us to shop at another store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is exceptional and is the reason we still buy all of our prescriptions at this store. Basically we now buy almost all of our food at the local PRICE CHOPPER MARKET 32 that has everything we need on every visit at lower prices.
