I went in yesterday and I saw there was Puffco Peak in the shade of Bliss on display. I got super excited cause I've been looking for that specific one for a while. Keep in mind I'm traveling from San Diego. I ask the sales associate, Jenny, how much the Peak was. Instantly she said "I don't know. $400". I repeated "no the peak, not pro". She looks at me and repeats $400. I then asked her if she could just scan it. I know the peaks are $200-250. She scans the item. Proceeds to tell me $220. I pull my debit card since many shops take debit. She said cash only. Totally fine. Said I'd come back with cash. She said she can't hold it. I never asked her to. I was going to back within the hour anyways. I come back hoping to be helped by someone other than Jenny but she was the only one. I asked for it. She scans and tells me it's $237 and some change. My excitement when from 200 to -100. I only pulled out $220 cause that was the price she told me AFTER scanning it front of me. So I asked if she remembered me. She looks at me funny and said yes. I told her that she told me $220 and she proceeds to tell me condescendingly how taxes work. I work in the cannabis industry, I'm very aware how taxes work. Jenny was short, rude, and gave incorrect information and honestly she seems like she didn't even care that I was potentially going to make a big purchase. The store employees are great, upper mgmt is a horror. They are always out of everything and with any other business you could just call and ask if their products are available. But M&A! We lowly customers are not permitted the store phone number, you have to call the call center and ask if a product is available and sadly, they go by the same website you can see for yourself. The website is exceedingly inaccurate. So, you drive the 30/40 miles to the store to ask if your product is in stock. M&A stays open in spite of themselves, if it wasn't for the store staff, nobody would go there. Mgmt is a horror. My dog has cancer and there is one specific product I have been using for 2 years to treat her, they are consistently out of it. I buy several months of product at a time, and a month ahead of time, I start contacting them begging and pleading for them to order it. No luck. I am told the same thing every single time: 1) Oh, we are out of that??? 2) Our website is inaccurate??? 3) I will contact the purchasing mgr! 4) Oh sorry, there is nothing we can do for you, but we have all these other products (that do not work) we can sell you. Why not just keep the dang product in stock?? If you are always out of it, maybe you'd sell more if you actually kept it in stock! Last time I spoke to "Mo" and she doesn't have her own store's phone number either. She said she would email the store and see if they have the product in stock. Three days later, I have heard nothing. They are quite expensive, while the store staff is helpful, they cannot resolve stocking issues. That's upper mgmt. Most businesses want to sell product and earn a living. M&A is just insanely ridiculous. I called the manufacturer and they said M&A did indeed, order my product 2.5 weeks ago, it's been there for 2 weeks, M&A can't be bothered to update their website OR put the stuff on the shelves. I love March and Ash in San Diego so I thought I'd give this place a try I walk in nobody really greets us then we find the product we want, walk to the counter and are waiting for the cashier to attend us so we can pay and leave , instead of attending us he goes to attend somebody else coming in the door even though we've been waiting to pay. Then when he tries to charges he can't find the product on the system and waste about 20 min of our time , then another other employee female very very nice. comes and tries to help us but still can't charge us , because they can't find the product so I tell them I can buy a different one and if they're willing to give me a discount for having to take a different product that I did not originally want , so the guy in green who originally helped us begins to argue and raise his voice at me and tell me that no that if you can find it he's not charging us and that there's no way he's going to give us a discount and I asked him if he was a manager and he says no I am not but I know the policy and kept arguing when I told him okay okay that's fine and turn away but he keeps arguing over my shoulder , then the other girl who was helping us talks to the manager is able to charge us for the product and not only charges but give us a discount so we are very happy with her but the guy who was wearing the green shirt was absolutely disrespectful, I' didn't get his name but he was wearing a green t-shirt and a hat with a TC. read more

Coming back to Yuma AZ from San Diego. I notice an online only sale on brass knuckles cartridges , so I buy 6 for about 210$ and drive home .I've never tried that brand and assume I got a deal . When I get home I try one and It doesn't work on the pen unless screwed in halfway . I try multiple pens and have same issue so I figure I just use it half way screwed in ,but, when I attempted to take a pull from the cartridge it barely even smoked . I accept a loss and that one gets thrown in the trash. I check my remaining 5 cartridges and all are very hard to get any smoke out of .so i call and ask for a manager to see what can be done but she was busy , Ashley tells me just come in and they will "take care of me".I make the hour trip to El Centro from YUMA just to be told there is no refunds or exchanges for different products and the best they can do is trade my cart for the same brand and if those don't work I will have to keep coming back until we find ones that do work . She takes about 15 mins "testing" the carts in the back and comes back to the counter and says that one works "perfectly fine" 2 don't work and ONE SHE COULDNT EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO OPEN ! The manager explains to me that brass knuckles suck in her opinion and it's my fault for buying them and now I'm stuck with them because they can't afford to take a "loss" on profit and that's why they were on sale! Keep in mind I spend about 500 - 1000 $ each time I visit between me and my girlfriend and I have been treated real nice when I buy my Max of 8grams of wax and one oz per day. On one visit I was even gifted 2 free cookies prerolls and a gram of sativa sour deisel dime bag extracts by an employee just because he hears we are from Yuma and made an hour trip to buy . Back to the story , the manager explains that she can't exchange for different products or give store credit because she "can't give out free products". I explain to her my dissatisfaction and disappointment and that I am unhappy with her decision she just says "I'm sorry I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do" . I have no choice but to leave with my faulty products.I go from feeling like a valued customer whos excited to do business , to feeling like a fool who has been ripped off by the same people who have been so nice to me. I honestly believe that if I had talked to the same guy that gave me the free prerolls and gram of wax he would have taken care of me with no questions asked . This manager made me feel as if she thought I was lying to her for some reason , and made it her goal to try and prove me wrong . I had no reason to lie me and my girlfriend are returning customers who almost always buy the max amount each visit .I had totally higher expectations from this company since I have been treated so well in past experiences . My expectations from this company have dropped Significantly and I don't expect to be appreciated upon my visits anymore . I would never like to return here but I will have to. read more
