I recently have spent well over $300 ordering online from Hottopic, receiving my packages from them…read morehave been nothing short of miserable, from the non updated shipping info from the companies they use, to speaking with Very rude people at my local store, I thought having my items shipped to the store would be easier and less trouble, Boy was I Wrong, they couldn't care less if I get my package or not, now I see why they don't care what shipping company they use, I think this is one of those situations where if you don't have time to walk in and shop, then you might as well not order Anything, I tried calling again today 12-30-19 @ 12:00 and the girl was Sooooo rude,she gave me no help nor would she search the tracking info or order number I gave her, she wouldn't even provide me her name, hopefully they rehire soon before this store turns into more of a mess than it already is, now I get why the rating are so bad for this specific store

Big 5 is a place where I would go for new sport items. They may not have the best brands but it's…read morenice to go try some items before you invest the big bucks into a sport or outdoor activity you may not like. We stopped at this Big 5 to get a UV protective shirt. I like to do water aerobics classes but do not want to have the sun exposure. Someone in class recommended Big 5 to find this shirt that could be worn in the water. Big 5 happens to be the only sporting good store in town and Costco doesn't have their summer products in yet. So we stopped. They didn't have a large selection of UV protective shirts but I found a Columbia that would work. Unfortunately, they only had a pink-mauve color in my size but it was at a good price. It will do the job and that's really what I wanted. We've also stopped here and bought golf balls and a glove just to get started. It lasted a decent amount of time until I could get a different one. The new and better brand doesn't look like it's going to last any longer than the cheaper one from Big 5 so I will probably return there the next time I need one!

One thing I didn't appreciate about this El Centro…read morelocation was twice I asked for help but the staff member didn't have a clue as to what I said, or how to tell me in English what I needed to know. I could see in their eyes that they had a genuine desire to help me. I stopped in to buy myself a souvenir hat from El Centro, and to browse about to see if they had anything useful for my car. The hat selection was very limited. Mostly Ball caps, and those beanies closely resembling the Old Navy watch caps. They also had a bucket hat, but it's pastel color wasn't for me. i was hopping to find a golf hat. I ended up buying a ball cap with a US flag on it and a phone holder that attaches to the mirror. This will be useful for times when I use my phone as a GPS or watching movies when parked. The gal at the checkout spoke English and checked me out quickly and accurately. I don't think she cared about me coming to Ross to buy a souvenir hat. Which I felt was a dollar more than I anticipated. The did have a better selection of men's ballcaps than Walmart had. And a far better deal on the phone holder. I probably would have shopped around a bit longer but I started getting hungry. When a i couldn't find white Fruit of the Loom briefs. I decided not to seek help with the staff since twice before I was unsuccessful at getting the help I needed, so I decided to go to Del Taco for lunch. Then the security started pulling people from…read morebehind me speaking to them in Spanish and telling them that they could use self check out on the other side and then when I kept saying, excuse me, excuse me in English, asking if we could pay over there since he was pulling people from behind me to go to self check out he didn't answer and then another employee told me. Yes you can pay over there I paid and then as I was leaving the security guard wanted to speak to me in English and asked me for my receipt and then dug in my bag to look at the items and pull one out. never in my life have I ever experienced this. Come on El Central Ross you need to do better.

A rather small Ross warehouse, with less stuffs, well enough stuffs for me to spend $80 on a bunch…read moreof toys which probably got cleaned out at any metro area Rosses, but unfortunately they didn't have any Christmas sweaters, I mean it's the holidays but they don't have that, it was a big miss, their shoes sections also pretty humbling small, just the whole against the wall, no actual aisle, everything else seems too little as well, not sure why it doesn't have a Yelp page, because I am sure there were a lot of people shopping while I was in store, the lack of stocks might have been because it was too far away from the city. Anyway I have to give them credit for being super well organized, most stores would have been trashed with stuffs lying around all over the floor.
