Nothing on the signs mentions this, so customers are left in the dark. Other nearby businesses (Oil & Ve, Fickle Pickle, Chelo) clearly mark parking for customers only and don't force paid parking. Savory Gourmet offered no credit or apology, just the parking company's number for me to chase a refund. Really poor customer experience.

The cheesesteak was decent but smaller than I expected for the price point and way too greasy. The flavor did not match the expectations that my nostrils had set, which was disappointing. The fries were not good, but I do tend to be picky about fries so might not be the best judge of that because I couldn't eat them but my coworkers seemed to like them.
