After they made my E46 run like new again in 2014/15, I have been here frequently to pick up parts regularly for my BMW E46 as well as major service when my expertise and skill level did not match to the task at hand. When something went wrong with my DIY job, I had Rich and Victor check out my car to make sure I didn't do any major damage. Once again, upon arrival... a friendly interaction followed by a wealth of knowledge. All of my concerns were addressed and given to me in writing. You just HAVE to be patient because good things take time. And most of all ROCS will never compromise the quality of their work to rush a job out of the shop. They are honesty, trustworthy, extremely knowledgable, and most of all FAIR when it comes to a competitive price point for their work and parts. Since owning the car I have always brought it in to Rich and Victor for every service. These guys know Porsches inside and out and they are very trustworthy. Ok, so sometimes you have to spend a few bucks to keep an older sports car in top running condition - but it's worth it with these guys and I know I'm doing way better than bringing it to a Porsche dealer. On my last service there, they had called to let me know they needed another day to finish the job. But when I explained I was going out of town the next day, they offered to stay late to finish the job. They even changed the oil and washed it. Great guys - great service.
