I don't always receive or expect a perfect result on a very busy weekend. However, when I go on weekdays the results are generally outstanding. Ratings really should be cumulative over time. Progressive employs a small army of professional, conscientious workers that do an incredible job inside and out. Another plus is that Progressive is an automated hand wash. No brushes are used at all. This practice limits swirls and fine scratches in the paint finish. It's a little pricier than most but I think the results are worth it.

When I arrived the woman at the front desk Kadjia, (sorry about the spelling) helped me, she was professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Patrick plugged my tire, i was in & out in 20 min. The thing that surprised me the most was that even with me giving him the option to give me a new tire, he did not try to upset me. The job took extra time because years of rust had degraded the calipers to the point of no return, and he got those in by the end of the day as well. The next morning, the brake light happened to come on again. Swung by the shop and Ryan quickly pulled the car in again, rebled the brake lines and topped the fluid.

Costco where we had purchased the tire could not help us because the tire was discontinued. They would order us a new tire but there was no telling when it would come in. Mavis on the other hand had a replacement tire for us and they installed it and we were on our way. I then came back to Mavis in the afternoon with my older model mustang convertible for an oil change. I did not have an appointment but they fit me in and I was out of there in 80 minutes. And no high pressure sale attempts. There was one thing that happened while I was waiting for the oil change. The woman a head of me came in for a nail in her new tire. Avis gave her a quote for tire repair. While the car was being checked out on the lift the mechanic discovered that the nail did not push all the way into the tire and there was no air leakage at all. They came out and explained this to her and advised her that there would be no charge. Talk about an honest business. This honesty by their staff made my day.
