I asked for her to do an ear lavage she told me I would have to come back another day because they're only given 20 minutes to see a patient for an annual physical exam. I found this to be really inefficient.

She had 4 pamphlets out: Fraxel $2,200, Thermage $2,500-3,000, restylne $1,700 and juvederm $750. I just came in for some juvederm. Are you effing kidding me? I walked out feeling like a decrepit old hag. I have never had anyone try to up sell me like that, ever. Not only is she almost double the price I got elsewhere for the thermage and fraxel, 30% more for the injectibles, which she looks like she has been administering to herself, with poor results. I was actually startled when she walked into the room. She is her own worst advertisement. I seriously believe her ability to know what is aesthetically pleasing has been compromised. Maybe something went wrong or she had a reaction but it is enough to make me run far, far away. So bottom line. She was great, heck she might still be great but the upsell and the overindulgence of fillers on her own face was just not something I could reconcile with putting my face in her hands. 10x the amount of $$ that what I wanted to go in for....

That's not the result you expect at that price point. Pretty sure they were injecting it into their own faces. Punctuality is also an issue. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes much longe- up to an hour... For my most recent visit, I confirmed my appointment two days in advance and was told there was no one scheduled before me, yet I still waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. There are plenty of places offering better results, better transparency, and better respect for your time for far less money. I wouldn't return.
