I asked for her to do an ear lavage she told me I would have to come back another day because they're only given 20 minutes to see a patient for an annual physical exam. I found this to be really inefficient.

That's not the result you expect at that price point. Pretty sure they were injecting it into their own faces. Punctuality is also an issue. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes much longe- up to an hour... For my most recent visit, I confirmed my appointment two days in advance and was told there was no one scheduled before me, yet I still waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. There are plenty of places offering better results, better transparency, and better respect for your time for far less money. I wouldn't return.
