The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. My girls loved choosing the flavors for their cleanings and were thrilled to watch their favorite shows during the visit--it really helped them feel at ease. Dr. Okoh is truly the best pediatric dentist we've ever encountered. She has a special way of making children feel comfortable, and it shows in how excited my daughters are to go to the dentist! They especially look forward to the fun parting gifts they receive after each visit. Thank you, Dr. Okoh and team, for providing such a warm and welcoming environment every time. Highly recommended!

The attention to detail, the cleanliness of her practice. The compassion, care, and LOVE she provides to each child as if they were her own. Even during the most uncomfortable procedures she manages to make pain free and ease my little one's anxiety. The office has beautiful personal touches for little people. The level friendliness we experience when we come is incomparable! Everyone smiles and welcomes us like family. My son LOOKS FORWARD TO HIS DENTIST APPOINTMENTS! This is an upper echelon level of care that CANNOT BE MATCHED! It's such a wonderful experience for children and parents. WE ARE NEVER LEAVING! It would be a disservice to my child if we did. I have recommended her practice to countless friends and family and they have ALL had the same experience that my son and I have. Se HABLA ESPANÕL!!!

Warning: Don't Let Your Kids Suffer Like Mine Did!…read more I have been taking my kids to Charm Dentistry in Blue Bell since 2023, but my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Every time I called the front office, I encountered rude and unprofessional staff. My daughter experienced persistent temporomandibular joint (TMJ) discomfort and jaw pain for nearly two years. Despite follow-up visits, X-rays, and consultations, the dentist dismissed my concerns, advising us to "keep an eye on her." We saw an oral surgeon who ridiculed my worries, laughing and asserting that this was not their scope of practice. The dentist at Charm Dentistry simply attributed her symptoms to normal growth and development, which was completely inaccurate. Despite maintaining regular recall appointments, performing intraoral exams, and taking radiographs over the years, they suddenly stated that my daughter needed orthodontic treatment--specifically braces--without any prior mention or recommendation. The in-house orthodontist suggested that it might be too late for braces since her permanent dentition had not fully erupted, and they proposed extracting multiple (6 to be exact) primary teeth and charging me for clear radiographs that they already possessed--an obvious attempt at overcharging and unnecessary procedures. Deciding to seek a second opinion, I consulted an orthodontist who confirmed that she should have been evaluated for interceptive orthodontics as early as age seven. He explained that the orthodontic window of opportunity had been missed, leading to more complex and prolonged treatment down the line, which could have been avoided. When I called to schedule the extraction, per my second orthodontist, "Abby," she naively claimed not to have received my messages and was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with the office manager or owner, she said no one was available. Despite confirming that the orthodontist had emailed paperwork directly to the office, they denied receiving any documents, which is both unprofessional and concerning. The entire ordeal was draining and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, patient-centered care, and transparency from this practice. I know my rights and will be sharing my negative experience with others to prevent them from going through the same ordeal. I strongly advise against bringing your children to this office to avoid unnecessary suffering and mismanagement. If there were a minus 20, I would definitely put that.

BEWARE!! Absolute worst customer service and ridiculous policy. I've been taking my kids for over 4…read moreyears and have never been overly impressed. Children 7 and under cannot get an appointment after 12 noon because they feel that is the best time for young children. I'm told this has always been their policy but it was news to me. My 3 year old has had some changes and an appointment in the afternoon would accommodate his needs. I asked for an exception to the policy to meet his needs and was told no. I was passed to someone else who refused to even ask and said young kids are just better in the morning. I told her that's an unfair policy and no two children are the same. I was so annoyed at this point. I again asked her to request an ACCOMMODATION on our behalf and she told me that's their policy and to go to another pediatric dentist then. Now infuriated, I talk to the office manager, Krista or Kristen, who has no backbone to stand up to her horrible staff. I asked for all of their names so I can put in a formal complaint to the head of the practice and am told their not comfortable with giving their name. I'm not comfortable taking my kids somewhere that treats patients so horribly. They absolutely do not care about their patients. There is no accommodating their patients needs. Still waiting for Dr Suh to call me about my experience. This is the same doctor who made up a reason for me to bring my kids every 3 months because we have good insurance and never told me she submitted this fake reason. We stayed way too long and now we can't run fast enough. Seeing the other reviews was complete validation.

Dr. Allison Rose is, in a word, magical!…read more We were referred to her by a friend, after we had a bad experience with our family dentist, who had been unsuccessful doing fillings for my 7yo... Dr. Ali met with us for an initial consult, patiently answered all questions, made some recommendations, and actually took the time to review the prior dentist's x-rays with me. She has a pleasant demeanor and good sense of humor, and she seems to make all the kids feel comfortable. We returned shortly after for the actual visit. My daughter has anxiety and started crying as soon as they called her back. But whatever she said or did worked like a charm, my daughter was in and out, and she said she actually enjoyed her visit. Imagine that! We will definitely be back, and will be sending our other daughter to her as well. She gives out some pretty sweet prizes, too! The office's receptionist is also extremely nice and helpful -- felt warmly welcomed and not rushed. As a bonus, the office shares the space with an orthodontic practice (on the other half of the suite), which we will be using soon -- and scheduling our first consult for that couldn't have been easier, as they were able to immediately share our file (with my consent, of course). Thankful to have found this practice!

SUPER SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Avoid at all costs! I don't know where to begin. Dr Allison and her…read morestaff have always been friendly, until I had an issue. Then they become cold and short. They make you pay upfront before they bill your insurance. If you overpay, which you probably will, good luck getting your money back. They accept your insurance and say you are in-network, but then find out you are out of network. They only do composite fillings. They DO NOT do amalgam. Most insurance companies will not cover composite. My son had a filling done in a molar in August of 2022. By Christmas, that filling fell out. He had it replaced on January 4th, 2023. THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT BILL MY INSURANCE. They billed my insurance for an "exam", even though they re-filled the tooth. Technically they couldn't bill for the filling because of the short amount of time it lasted, but their shady business practices needed money somehow. So they pulled one over on me, hoping I wouldn't notice. My insurance company has been notified of this fraudulent claim. Then 3 WEEKS after that filling, it fell out AGAIN. She blames my son for grinding at night. He's now had it filled a third time. He's petrified of the dentist because of this. He was afraid to tell me when it fell out again because he doesn't want to go back. We are switching providers, but when this filling falls out AGAIN, which I'm guessing sure it will, I will have to pay out of pocket once again for a simple filling that should have been done correctly the first time. This filling cost me almost $300 out of pocket the first time and I have good insurance! That is $300 I should get back because of their terrible quality. They are shady, money hungry, and their service is poor quality. There is no reason why a simple filling in a 5 year old child, if done correctly, would last 3 months and then only 3 weeks. Miss Tammie is the ONLY good thing I can say about this office. She is kind and caring.

First, if you call looking for Brian Carp (listed as the business owner) you find out he's been…read moreretired for years. Second, in my experience, they will lure you in with a $99 teeth cleaning special, then TAKE X-RAYS and say "That's it." Then they upsell for a $600 treatment plan and act confused as to why you want your money back. From their own website: "Any teeth cleaning at Carp Dental in Norristown, PA will include the following: Removal of calculus (tartar): Calculus is hardened plaque that has been left on the tooth for some time and is now attached to the surface of your teeth. Calculus forms above and below the gum line and can only be removed with special dental cleaning instruments. Removal of plaque: Plaque is a sticky, almost invisible film that forms on your teeth. It is a growing colony of living bacteria, food debris, and saliva. The bacteria produce toxins that inflame the gums. This inflammation is the start of periodontal disease. Teeth polishing: removes staining and plaque from your teeth that is not removed during routine tooth brushing." This is a lie. Third, Monica should be nowhere NEAR customers of any kind. This argumentative personality who literally can't spell HIPAA is as unprofessional as you will find. (She really did mis-spell "hippa" in communications to the Better Business Bureau and myself. Yea, real pros working over there) Avoid. Pathetic amateurs who will steal your money and not provide service. Lastly, a quote from monica herself "Unfortunately at this time i am not able to release any information without the Patient signing a HIPPA form for me to do so. I would be more than happy to give you any Information on this case as everything that was sent to you is the PT not understanding his treatment and understand how our $99 Patient Special works. Please feel free to call me at my office with anymore questions. 610-275-1565. Monica" Do you really want to trust your health to someone who will steal your money AND can't spell HIPAA ?
