BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LYING COMPANY!! When I tell you run from this company, I mean it. First and foremost, their work is completely atrocious. Our kitchen flooded and they were to replace some cabinets and the dry wall under the sink. Take a look at the photo of their replacement work. Plaster everywhere. A giant hole left open. It looked worse after they "fixed and replaced" it. It was disgustingly sloppy. They also replaced our previous cabinet door on crooked and there's a gap on the top. Check out how crooked it is in the photo. That's not all though! There's more. When we received the bill there was a charge for "painting". Apparently behind the fridge. Well, lo and behold I pulled the fridge out and there was some dry walling replaced. But it was never painted. They tried to hide their sloppy mess behind the fridge. Check out that photo too. They also left two large trash bags in our front lawn and it took them TWO WEEKS to come get it. Who does that?? They took our cabinet doors that weren't covered under the insurance to have them re-wrapped. Something we would pay for out of pocket. However, they were going to charge an absurd amount so we asked for them back. It took them a week and a half to bring them back and look at how disgusting and dirty they were when they put them back on. Another photo for that as well! Our insurance company had sent us a low-balled amount for the work and replacements required for our kitchen. We signed a contract with Marbrite saying they would rebuttal with the company to get the adequate amount required to replace everything. Our insurance company hasn't heard from this company since April 16! That's over two months now! Our claim is still open with the insurance company and we still can't close it. Marbrite tried to lie and say they were working on it. Our insurance company called out there bluff. Mario has left us on read and is no longer answering our phone calls. The last time he answered his phone (about 3 weeks ago) he said his other project manager would be calling us in 10 minutes. We have not heard anything since then. No response to texts or phone calls. Mario is a liar and unprofessional. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have been patient with this company but I am DONE. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys!!! There are far better companies out there! Do not be fooled by Mario!!! read more

I had water/leak damage and honestly didn't know what to expect, I'm very picky and had seen some mixed reviews, but my personal experience was nothing but great. They explained every step of the process in detail communicated clearly throughout, and made the whole thing stress free for me. Hi Yelpers, I want to share my experience working with Mario and Jorge at Marbrite Construction. My situation is a bit unique. I had a water pipe burst in my kitchen again smh. Immediately I called SOS Anytime Mitigation to mitigate water damage. Cisco the owner personally recommended Marbrite Construction. From the very beginning Mario and his team were heavily involved in my insurance claim process. They worked hand in hand with SOS Anytime to assess the severe damage my home had suffered. This claim was not like any other. State Farm put hurdle after hurdle and obstacles in our way to approve minimal work. But Mario , Jorge and the rest of the team never wavered and stood by my side while we battled against the insurance company to finally after 1 year get everything approved!! They authored countless emails and had countless phone calls with my insurance adjusters until finally getting it all approved. That was just the logistics of getting the claim approved. Now to the actual work performed by Marbrite Construction. The entire flooring and stairs had to be replaced along with base boards. The final result was awesome!! The entire dinning room, kitchen, and part of living room dry wall had to be replaced , painted and textured. Again the texture and paint was right on point . In the fact they ended up having to fix some of the issues the last contractor from a previous claim had left behind due to shoddy work. Marbrite was able to repair it and make it look perfect once again. Even my wife was amazed that the texturing on ceiling came out perfect. The paint matched seemingly with the rest of the house. The laundry room flooring also had to be re-done. Yes it was a big leak. That came out perfect just the way we wanted it. Along with carpet in my son's room which also got wet. They took care of that. Finally the kitchen that State farm kept declining over and over with BS excuses. But through Marbrite Construction perseverance ended up getting covered. The kitchen cabinets , counters and all pieces were made to the highest of standards. After a year long battle with State Farm Insurance, Marbrite had made my house whole again. Every Marbrite employee who came into our home and worked on it through this long process was courteous, professional, and accommodating. But even more important the quality of work was top notch the entire way. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Marbrite construction for your home remodeling needs!!
