Finally a Chinese restaurant having Peking Duck using Chinese crepe instead of the boring bun in Los Angeles. The Chinese crepe is what I grow up with and this feels more at home. The duck is fried though, so, it is not purely authentic, but, it is crispy.
The fried rice is darker than the typical soy sauce fried rice. Seems to have a subtle difference in aroma than I usually have. A refreshing change in flavor.
The shrimp is nice, a bit too salty for me, but, I am a light taster in general. The rest of the food I ate is not too salty, only the shrimp.
Anyway, enjoyable food. It is more like a comfort food and the price is great. It is a purely authentic, but, judging from the location, it doesn't make sense to make it too authentic.
