Searched for a Chinese food place close to my hotel for dinner and Hoy come up as #1 within my search area for Chinese food. The meal started out great with the most unique looking/tasting egg rolls I had ever seen. They were basically a meat and spice mixture dipped in batter, fried and served with hoisin sauce, they were excellent! We moved on from there to fried Chinese bread, basically fried dough, no seasoning. I would give a pass on this one, not worth the chewing. The fried chicken I ordered was light and moist but also did not have any seasonings on it, good but not excellent. I ordered a pork with green bean noodle dish to go as well. The pork with rice noodles had a great flavor but I am still looking for the green beans..... Dishes were small to medium in size and prices were ok, the egg rolls were a little steep but they were the best flavor out of all the items I ordered. Service was friendly but the restaurant was busy so it was a little slow getting the meal and paying the check. read more
