Billy took the time to bring the mechanic all the way to the front lobby area to talk to us. The only thing we thought it was a bit off was that the nice guy who sells accessories and it's in charge of explaining how your Subaru works, told us he had to run to lunch in the middle of our conversation. We wanted to get a few accessories - not a big deal - ended up just getting all weather mats with Billy but to the other guy: you DON'T tell a nice customer in the middle of a conversation that you have to go to lunch.
