He called them several times to ask where they were and they finally answered at 7PM to say that they would come to the marina at noon today. This morning when he was getting ready for work (8AM), they called to inform him that they were at the marina and going to leave soon so they needed to access the boat without him on it. This is the worst customer service ever!!!! I will be sharing our experience on every review site.
