Wasted 45 minutes for what should've been a quick visit. They really need to improve how they manage customers. It's a busy place, no doubt, but it could be managed much better. Finishing one customer's request fully before moving on to the next would save a lot of time and confusion for everyone. The wait and back-and-forth were really annoying and avoidable.

I needed to pick up a medication for my 6 year old daughter he did it quickly, with a smile on his face and was very informative about the medication and all it required. He made sure my kids who were with me were happy, included and even made sure he gave each one of them a stick and let me tell you it made their day! I recently switched over from Walgreen to have my prescriptions sent here and I have had nothing but amazing expperiences thus far. Whatever you all are doing here is magic and as a fellow person working in the healthcare industry places like this are what we strive for in patient care and patient experience. A place where they knew you on a first-name basis, treated you like family, and knew what medications you were allergic to, if any. Well my friends, such a place is now open for business in Canton Township's historic Cherry Hill Village. The other day I had to visit my doctor who practices at the IHA Cherry Hill Medical Health Center for an inner ear infection. While walking into the building, I immediately noticed the Modern Health Pharmacy was open for business. So I decided to ask my doctor to send my prescription to this location rather than the local CVS store, as I wasn't happy with their lack of customer service the last time I was there, and the extra long wait over 90 minutes to have my prescription filled. That being said, much to my amazement, when I walked down the hallway five minutes later, the pharmacist already had my information and was preparing to fill my prescription. Modern Health Pharmacy uses the latest computer database technology to make sure they have all of your medications stored for easy reordering if necessary. More importantly, if your allergic to certain medications like I am, they take this information down and store into their system. This way they will never prescribe any products that might be harmful to your health, and they will contact the physician back to inform them of this information, so another type of medicine can be prescribed that will not be harmful to you any way. Three things I really like about Modern Health Pharmacy is that if you live within several miles of Cherry Hill Village, they will quickly deliver your medication to your doorstep at no charge in a timely manner. Secondly, they offer a 10 percent discount off any prescriptions for senior citizens. When your on a fixed income every penny counts. Finally, they are in the same building as my family physician is located at, which makes things so convenient for me. In conclusion, if you're looking for great service from a local pharmacy that won't break your piggy bank, and where they know you like your a member of their family, this is the place to visit.
