I'm happy to see that the staff is still friendly and still calls everyone by name. All the locations get "secret shopped" so they know better when an itch comes along to be rude. And they also try to beat pricing (even if it's only a few cents) by neighboring stores. With all that....your best bet for almost anything will have to be Mugg & Bopps! It's actually also a chain, but don't worry....family owned and they stick to small towns and villages to keep that special charm.
