And I would get a response a few days/weeks later. And her response was always "I'm sorry I've been so busy". Which I understand. But that's why my husband and I hired this company because their job is to do this. It was very stressful when we didn't hear things for weeks. We also talked about cake flavors via email and come to find out on our wedding date, she never ordered one. I mean. Why would we talk about cake flavors and then not add it to the bill?! It was my fault also for not double checking the bill. What wedding doesn't have a cake!?!? When I called her , because she just left without saying anything, all she said was "all I can do is bring a fake cake". How are my guests going to eat this. So I had family run out and buy a few cakes. It was embarrassing . Being a nurse working 12 hours shifts at night, working 4-5 days a week. It was hard to meet up. Because I work 7pm to 7 am. So when I emailed her a few times to fill out the layout for the reception, she never replied. My husband called her a few times and she said to re-email it back. But did I ever get a response? No. I ended up just filling out the layout myself. When I asked her what her PayPal account name was, that's when I got a response right away. Seriously , I would not recommend them to anyone. Which is a shame, because my sister hired them a few years ago and they did fabulous. I'm not sure what happened for my wedding but it was awful. Very unfortunate.

We had a fairly complicated wedding: 8 people each for our groomsmen and bridesmaids, for a total of 16 people in our combined wedding party, a two-day reception, karaoke, trivia, and Brittany helped us glide through it all. During the dinner rehearsal Brittany was able to break down the ceremony into precise steps and take command, resulting in a very concise 30 minute rehearsal and so much more confidence going into the wedding. The months leading up the wedding are critical. Brittany helped us get all of our ducks aligned, and is a wonderful hype-woman leading up to your wedding. Planning can get very stressful and having a 3rd perspective is such a breath of fresh air. Seriously would've ripped my own head off without her reassurance. On the day of the wedding she took SO much of the stress off of our hands. She knew the plan like the back of her hand and was able to direct everyone, allowing us to catch our breath. For couples who are thinking about whether a coordinator is worth it: I cannot stress enough how stressful the day would be without someone running the show, and that someone is going to be you if you don't hire a good coordinator. It was hands down, the best decision we made concerning our wedding. Krista is extremely valuable. And for her level of experience and dedication, a wedding coordination package with her is very reasonably priced. As a couple who wanted everything to be personalized, Krista was a major help when we wrote our own ceremony and vows. She was also generous enough to allow us to use some of the decoration hardware she has collected over her years of coordinating. She was very detail-oriented. Even though we had planned everything down to the smallest detail, there were some things that Krista brought up that we hadn't thought about. Communication with her was reliable, quick and easy. We always felt supported, even during the crazy wedding season. Knowing that Krista was there was very comforting and allowed us to enjoy the wedding. Even though there were some hitches on the wedding day (such as realizing that I left my veil in the hotel room 5-minutes prior to the ceremony), Krista handled it flawlessly.
