Even though we all loved the first school, they still helped her explore other options and she was accepted at many other schools. My second child is doing both college planning and tutoring and they've been so flexible with schedule, switching subjects, offer discounts to returning students/families, and my child has worked well with all the tutors to whom they've been assigned (2nd child is very shy and has a hard time asking for help, hence the need for tutoring). Communication with staff is excellent, I always feel informed and they're super responsive. Their services are very comprehensive--tutoring for SAT/ACT, summer refreshers, regular subject tutoring, and college planning. Every staff person was knowledgeable, professional, kind, supportive and communicative. The instruction provided to the kids was easy to understand, and instructors were patient and calm. They provided free scripts for future use. The facility was clean, organized and safe. They concluded each day with an email update with photos and a description of the days events and lessons. My son loved making new friends, learning how to code and script and was sad when the week came to an end. The last day of the event included a showcase where each student presented the games they made. We intend to sign up for additional coaching sessions. I highly recommend!

I had found out my children were going to this school , I PROVIDED ALL INFORMATION SHOWING I AM THEIR MOTHER AND THEY'VE BEEN IN MY CARE (the father had his girlfriend on all the records for the school claiming she was the children's mother) this school asked for no type of proof , RECORDS, ANYTHING! I informed them they can call law enforcement (I had all proper documentation) just for the school to call their dad to immediately pick them up . This made it so much MORE DIFFICULT TO LOCATE MY CHILDREN AND CONFIRM THEIR SAFETY! This school IS HORRIBLE AND SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY AT ALL! The school must realize they were VERY WRONG because I pulled my children out of the school after involving Folsom Police in an effort to locate my children AFTER ALL THIS MESS ! They're fortunate I don't get an attorney and sue the school district for negligence. Kid's Town has all the basics a parent would be searching for. They are organized, safe, knowledgeable and skilled in their field, provide daily reports on eating, sleeping, potty, etc. They're programs with music, art, reading and activities outside are phenomenal. The facility is clean and well maintained. But they are so much MORE than that! I could never possibly express my gratitude and peace of mind I feel when I leave my child with them during the day. They go above and beyond to provide individual attention to each and every child and my child just absolutely adores every staff member as do I. For example, when my son was learning to walk, he was quite fond of trying to climb up the small play structure in the infant room although he didn't quite have the hang of coordination yet. He bonked his head a couple times and before I could even ask a question, the staff literally reorganized the ENTIRE infant room and added some raised soft mats for him to climb on while blocking the play structure until he got the hang of his balance. In response to the other comment on the inspection/report history. EVERY SINGLE CHILDCARE CENTER has had at least one small violation at one time or another on their record. Kid's Town has not had ANY serious violations and they post the findings after every visit is conducted. The visits are unannounced and at the last one conducted in August of 2019, there were absolutely NO violations noted. There will come a day when we will have to say goodbye as we move on to Kindergarten and it will be so bittersweet. We love our second family at Kid's Town.

This is a disclaimer for people considering being employed here, my wife was hospitalized for a few…read moredays and despite us being very transparent with the owner Resa, she communicated with us terribly and kept my wife from working for 2 weeks so she could hire someone else as her replacement for less money. She also will force you to take your one hour lunch as early as possible so she can legally send you home early asap to save money. If you are looking for a full-time job this is not it as you will be told "full-time" yet be sent home early most days. Resa has said that the business is kept overstaffed to ensure the proper ratio of teachers to kids. However her first thought after my wife was in the hospital was to hire somebody and give her hours away. This employer cares nothing for her employees and only cares about money and how to save a dollar. I urge you to stay away and seek employment elsewhere.
