I've just moved into the area, and I have a few things I like to address. The Belgian Street side of the complex doesn't have ample lighting at night in the parking area. At night, when I come in, the parking lot and the walking path has minimal lighting at night which makes the area feel less secure. Secondly, I like to address the dumpster that blocks the pathway to the apartments. The TRASH DUMPSTER sits in an area that draws rodents and squirrels into the dumpster that could jump out at pedestrians that walk pass the dumpster...Can it please be moved away from the walkway or housings units, which should aid in pest control. Thirdly, why aren't the DOORBELLS working on the outside entry door on the buildings? Guest has to call via telephone to let us know that they have arrived to visit, causing us to have to walk down to open the entry doorway. In 2025, why don't the units have secured, remote access to those entrance doors? Residents pay upwards to $1000 to $1300 monthly which isn't cheap! When you switched to ELECTRONIC HEAT AND AIR UNITS, why not remove the radiators that are no longer functional which allows for more space under the window? While it may not mean much to you, SECURITY, SAFETY and CLEANLINESS are key factors that draws positive feedback and provides a quality living experience that makes MAPLEWOOD APARTMENTS a residence worth bragging about! Just wanted to present a few concerns that I'm sure another want to express concerns but in today's climate, no one wants to be kicked out for wanting a quality living experience. read more
