I still don't understand why the Green Siren people insist on roasting their beans until they taste burned, while 7 Brew manages a roast that is smooth and balanced without any bitterness. Based on this interaction, it seems 8:00 PM means that's when the staff leaves, not when they stop serving. This is incredibly poor business practice. Turning customers away 10-20 minutes before close, after asking them to wait, shows a complete lack of professionalism. Judging by other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. There are frequent complaints about this location not opening on time or closing early. It's clear there's a serious lack of oversight and accountability. If the owners are aware and allow this behavior to continue, that's even more concerning. I try and stop here every time I'm in town but will be looking for an alternative place.
