After explaining everything to him, he walked us through so many things and got us back on track. We are a couple of old timers that don't understand all this modern technology and he was so patient in helping us. His service was fantastic and such a pleasant man to work with. Bryan repaired the dish system on my RV, which we first thought was just the dish plate while talking on the phone, when in fact he needed to replace most of the system after he had a chance to see it. He had a system in his truck. Had everything done within 45 minutes. BTW, I called him on a Friday from MI, and told him I would be in Elkhart the next week. When I showed up on Monday, he came by in the afternoon, and bingo, I was fixed. Unbelievable!! If every mobile service was this easy!!
