If I had endless time I would go to organic Amish markets every weekend. And Maple Arch would be one of the top farms on my list. We walked in and immediately saw apple cider donuts and eggs that were laid the day before! Immediate score! (I bought the donuts but gave them as a gift so I hope they were as good as they sounded but I don't have a report on them). As we perused the store I so so many things I wanted to buy. To top my list was onion and garlic sauerkraut made w red cabbage. (And I cooked and ate it today w pork and it was incredible!!). They had so many of their own varieties of meats from their farms. They also had a ton of dairy. So many yogurt varieties but it was a warm day and I wasn't going right home and I wasn't sure how long that would last in my cooler --so I will buy that the next time I go back. I purchased a wonderful homemade grape kombucha. I wish I bought the bigger bottle bc I drank it right down. The amish man at the front was so nice and kind. I see here on another review that they have pick your own strawberries and I will def be back to experience this! read more

Huge selection of premium organic produce, freshly gathered chicken and duck eggs, fresh baked goods.. with sugar if you're not avoiding it (I use xylitol). Large wall of freezers full of every kind of grass fed grass finish meets you could want. Separate room full of every kind of A2 organic raw grass-fed dairy products you could want, including cream kefir yogurt colostrum cheese and ice cream. Owners Chris and Hannah are kind and accommodating as are there many children. People arrive with coolers and fill them up! They also offer strawberry picking and farm tours during warmer months... Very pricey. We tried the apple cinnamon donuts and were very disappointed. Far too dense to call a donut, denser than cake, closer to moist bagel consistency. The produce, meats, and baked goods all looked to be of good quality but were too expensive to purchase. Plenty of parking and a good location. Staff efficient but not really friendly. read more

Stumbled across this gem on a recent drive to Oxford. Nestled in the middle of farmland this place has a great selection of fresh produce as well as meat, eggs, baked goods, and some homemade kombucha and soda. We didn't grab much since we were heading away from home but we picked up a few of their baked goods, some dried tomatoes, and kombucha to try. It was all pretty good and we are excited to go back and try some of their other offerings. They are cash only so make sure you have some on you if you plan on stopping in. read more

We love Maple Arch Farm!!! We found it 5 years ago when we moved to the area and are so blessed to live only 10 minutes away from it! Their produce is delicious and fresh indeed, picked every morning by the hardworking & delightful King family who own the farm and run the farm stand. They are a health conscious family passionate about providing good organic food and they do an excellent job! Their farm is absolutely beautiful & they run it ingeniously! They offer the best organic produce around at really excellent prices too! Their healthy baked goods are phenomenal too...some of our favorites are the lemon sponge cake & the oatmeal cookies. (Made with almond flours and healthy sweeteners..stevia etc) They also sell plants for your garden come spring, as well as organic seeds. We have gotten both and had awesome success with our garden. Maple Arch Farm is the best local farm in the area. They have only organic products and most/if not all of their products are grown ethically and organically right on their farm. The family and employees are so incredibly kind and very educated on TRUE health not modern "health". Their selection is seasonal which is amazing. I highly recommend this farm and have been going here for two years every week and have no plans on stopping! I pray they stay in business forever read more

Tried this highly touted farm store for the first time last week. There were some nice items there, particularly the produce, but the prices are sky high. The bakery items we bought--a sour dough loaf and a cherry pie--were mediocre and I do not recommend either. If the prices were a little lower, I would return for the produce, but as it is, I won't be going back. read more

Wow!!! What a great find. I guess if you can't make it to the farmer's market, go directly to the farm! Today, I was traveling for work and I took the long way home from Maryland. Maple Arch Farm (and market) is situated between Parkesburg & Cochranville on Route 10. This is an Amish run farm that has organically-grown fruits and veggies, fresh baked goods and homemade canned goods. Their motto is "Where we pick fresh each morning!" They aren't kidding. They had fresh picked potatoes, lettuces, asparagus, kale (both curly and Lacinato), beets, strawberries, tomatoes and much more. It looks like this is my new favorite place to get fresh organic "real" food. They also have a selection of meats, fresh eggs, raw milk, butter from their own cows (both salted and not) and lard from their own pigs. The family runs the place and the nice young man who rung my order also helped me carry my bounty to the car. They have seasonal hours 9-5:30 PM from May through October, Saturdays all year and closed on Sundays. read more
