We reserved with another transportation company to get my wheelchair bound Uncle to his Dad's (my Grandfather) 90th birthday celebration in Downtown Portland and they stopped returning my calls. After calls to multiple other medical transportation companies I was fortunate to call Mercy 1 and speak with Christina. She stepped outside the box to find out and notify me that that company I reserved with had gone out of business and that Mercy 1 would not only find a way to assist, but also honor the same price. They did everything as promised and more. It was an amazing evening that was topped off by my Uncle being able to attend with his siblings to celebrate a pretty incredible guy! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Phil at Aloha provided an exceptional level of customer care. He was responsive, friendly, accommodating and on time (early, actually). He went out of his way to ensure the "surprise" parts of the evening stayed secret, and was even kind enough to take a couple photos of my parents so they could text them to me and my husband. The car, a luxury SUV, was clean, well-cared for and comfortable. The pricing was very simple and transparent, with no extra fees or hidden charges - just a flat fee each way. The rate was reasonable, and actually less than the other car services I cold-called off the internet. If you're looking for a car service in the Portland area, this is the one. I highly recommend Aloha and would use them again without hesitation.
