This QT is a convenient stop when I am on the road to and from Nashville from Atlanta. Its either one of my last stops or first, depending on the direction I am traveling. Service is hit and miss here. I have hit this location to and from on one trip and had completely different experiences. Never terrible, just noticeable. Overall, I enjoy QT's. We do not have many in the Nashville area, so I try to make it point to swing by when I am back in the Atlanta area.

Not only are there surprisingly good hot dogs and toppings on rollers, but a food counter, a long row of coffee, iced tea, and soda selections, as well as the usual gas station offerings. Service is also obviously a corporate focus, you are created upon entry and the crew works diligently to meet the customer's needs, certainly a challenge. I recommend finding one if you are in Georgia. I am confident that you will seek them out time and time again when in their area.

I visited on April 14, 2026, for an oil change and battery replacement; however, the coolant cap was left off following the service. Earlier today, April 16, 2026, while driving from Cartersville to Marietta, my vehicle overheated and the radiator hose burst. I had the car towed to Firestone in Dunwoody, Georgia, where an inspection confirmed that the coolant cap was missing. As a result, I now face over $1,000 in repairs for a new upper radiator hose and thermostat. Valvoline was the only provider to perform service under the hood of my car in the last 30 days. Despite this, the shop manager has denied my claim. I am seeking accountability for this negligence and would like to know how you intend to resolve this matter and provide reimbursement for the resulting damages.
