I get there and there is a sign on the door that reads " Be back in 10 minutes, sorry for any inconvenience " okay thats fine. I go sit in my car for 10 minutes and try the door again. Still locked. I go sit in my car another 10-15 minutes just to give them some time (Maybe on break). I try the door again. Still locked. I go back to the car and sit for another few minutes, then I call to see if they were closing early, or if they were going to open back up in a few minutes. The phone rings a few times then hangs up. No voice mail, no business hours. Nothing. I call again and the phone rings twice and hangs up again. The worker was forwarding calls. Safe to say, Ill go use the money in my account on something and wont be shopping here again after that. Not professional, or very good customer service in my eyes.

I went to the store Monday am and told the employees. They said no exchanges or refunds. The guy got it working. Well he puffed it once hard and said it was ok now. Couldn't try it cause I was driving. Got home. Tried it. Won't work. Husband tried it. Won't work. Piece of crap and a store that sold something for 40 and won't stand behind it is a store I will never go in and buy anything else. Would NOT recommend this store and for sure not this pen. I would normally use this once a week. Sucks I never even got to take one drag off it!!

Even with receipt and tags still on dress, they will not work with customers. Poor customer service. Will not do further business with this store. Buyer beware. But most of time you are gonna pay close to what GoodRX quotes. The fast service and cheerful, helpful staff more than make up for not taking discount cards. Look people.. You need to transfer your scripts out of CVS or Walmart into Trion Drugs. Independent pharmacies are suffering because these big chain stores come in and replace personal touch with crappy service, sullen or outright hostile and rude pharmacy techs and pharmacists that fill thousands of scripts a week and to them you aren't a person. Just a number. Walmart purposely drags out filling your scripts so you will shop and buy more in store. Trion drugs will have your script ready in 10 minutes, Walmart will take a hour or more and have the same amount of pharmacists and techs working. Support your local businesses.
