This clearly isn't your happy place and you don't need to be taking it out on customers. You blatantly let out a huge sigh when I walked up to the register as if it's not your job to check people out? You snapped the bag in the air, and then dropped my drinks into it and letting them clank on the counter. You really need an attitude adjustment, your behavior is ugly and disrespectful. This is not the first time you have been rude either. You were close to getting snapped on. Not like any gas station interactions are meaningful, but seeing you behind the counter makes me sour. You have always been insufferable and I wish something could be done about it. Your coworkers probably don't like you either. Please humble yourself, maybe work behind the scenes instead of showing your face to the public.

When I came into this particular Murphy USA gas station Old Fort PKWY in Murfreesboro, TN 37129, I…read morewent behind a customer that was just leaving. It reeked of a new york bum.the body stench was repulsing, when the customer left I started to talk to the cashier (Grace) about him. I couldn't stand inside. I literally stood outside holding the door wide open as we spoke. We then started talking about our dogs, still outside, even after Grace sprayed inside a few times, I refused to go in. She said she's coming out to talk so we wouldn't yell over the counter. When she came out and let go of her door.... OH MY GOD! That F'ING REPULSING SMELL smacked my nostrils so hard, it burned my nose hairs. It was HER. Grace, the cashier. I can't, for the life of me, begin to understand how someone with the worst hygiene ever is still employed. Not only do customers have to endure that smell but her poor coworker (William) has to be stuck in that tiny store with her for hours. Which he was extremely helpful (not to mention that he smelled pleasant) and went back inside for me to remind her to turn my gas pump on. I will NEVER again go back to that Murphey' USA gas station EVER again. I'm going to have that smell in my nose for weeks. SMH

That is right the coffee machines are out of service as well except for one machine that does not dispense cappuccino. The clerks are as frustrated as the customers over this issue. This has been a pretty good store for the most part but now as dirty as it is getting and with all of the inoperable equipment it looks more like a Pakistani convenience store. What is the worst thing about this is when you go to the website they refuse to give you a phone number by which one can call and VOICE THEIR COMPLAINTS INTO THE EAR OF AN UPPER MANAGER. Maybe it is time to start using my card and getting my drinks at the MAPCO Across the street even though getting into and out of that place is more difficult.

I called an antibiotic prescription in for a patient on August 19 and left a voicemail on their automated system. ONE MONTH LATER on September 16th I get a call from Nathan with Costco pharmacy asking about this same prescription - he seemed very confused about the status of the prescription. Upon speaking with the patient, he stated that Costco told him that the prescription was never called in when he went to pick it up in August. I then called Costco pharmacy back on September 21st and spoke to Andy - he stated that the prescription would be filled and available for the patient that day. I then get a call from Chloe on September 24th asking about this prescription and again there was confusion - she stated that there was no record of it being filled. Per Chloe, she states that the issue was the spelling of the owner's name. As a medical professional, I have NO CONFIDENCE in this pharmacy's ability to cross-reference prescriptions in a timely manner and reliably get patients their medications.

The pump area is well covered with sixteen well-spaced gas pumps that had squeegees and paper towels. Trash cans were being emptied when I arrived, so that was good. There was a little bit of trash that had been blown across the lot but minor. Inside, the restrooms were clean and the soda coolers were very well stocked. I'm a fan!
