I have been to this Walgreens twice. My first experience was wonderful. My second time was…read moredisappointing, as it was closed. Let's get to the positive experience first. This store is super close to the hotel where I'm staying. It takes less than five minutes by car. I came here to get some beverages. I ended up getting a twelve-pack of Diet Dr. Pepper. This store has everything you need. Fake nails? Yep. Shampoo? Sure. Advil? Yes. Sugar-free candy? Definitely. I was in the hair care section. There were two women getting hair dye. One was on the phone and abruptly left. Her offspring had swallowed something toxic, so she told the person on the other line to call 911. The other woman followed suit. I hope that everyone is fine. It was so unexpected to hear. This drugstore had a lot of plushies. It had Disney pride plushies. There were along a bunch of Squishmallows. Everything made me happy. I went to the checkout to pay for my items. I had a man help me. He was friendly. I entered my phone number to take advantage of discounts. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth. My second visit was at around 10:40 pm on my birthday. I wanted to grab a bite to eat. Nothing major. I wanted a snack of some sort. The local Taco Bell was closed. I came to this Walgreens, and it was closed, too. The reason why I was disappointed was that this drugstore is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, according to the sign outside. It shuttered at 10 pm and was scheduled to reopen at 8 am, according to another sign. Bummer. It's a good drugstore. If you do get the munchies late at night, you are better off finding a different place in case it decides to shutter early. (225)

When I ask for the receipt, he tried to ring it up and he was up charging everything but it didn't add up. I believe he is over charging to keep the money for himself or this is the norm for this location. Buyers beware!!! Good thing I had cash, could only imagine if I used my debit card probably have skimmers installed!!!

They also had self check out registers. There seemed to be enough of everything stocked up too. The woman working was friendly. I purchased a Baja inspired chicken wrap and it was pretty good. Obviously overpriced, but that's airport food for ya. I would probably stop back in here for a quick snack in the future.

They offer all your standard items from snacks to drinks, souvenirs, shirts, electronic gadgets, magazines and even local small-batch whiskey and booze. Prices are standard for an airport shop, high...but it is what it is. Space is clean, well lit, well kept and laid out well. Service was friendly and helpful when needed. They operate off of self check, so not much need for interaction. Overall, great addition to Concourse D. Happy to swing through on the way in or out.

This gas station was the closest one to my hotel. I came here a few times. My first time was on my birthday. It was just before 11 pm and most fast food eateries around the hotel had closed on a Sunday night. Even Walgreens, which was supposed to be open late, had closed at 10 pm. I didn't have dinner, but I wanted a snack. I decided to check this MAPCO out. There were parking spots in front of the convenience store. I backed into a spot and walked in. At first, I found a small salad and grabbed it. I tend to gravitate towards salad when it's hot and humid outside. However, once I saw a package of hard-boiled eggs, I wanted the protein more and put the salad down. I found a package of beef and pepper jack sticks. It looked good, so I got it, too. This store has a beer cave. I had to take a look and walked in. I could have stayed in there for ten minutes. It wasn't that I wanted some beer. It was so cold that it stopped my sweating in its tracks and felt like paradise. I left the beer cave to pay for my items. I had a nice woman help with cashing me out. My credit card worked fine as payment. I wished her a good evening and left with my food. I was thrilled to head back to my hotel room to snack. The hard-boiled eggs were yummy. The beef and pepper jack sticks were so good. I liked the cheese sticks, too. I was happy. Extremely happy with food in me. Perhaps a week later, I returned to fill my rental car up with gas. I paid at the pump. I tend to cringe whenever using my Canadian credit card at an American gas pump kiosk that prompts for my ZIP code. Like BP, MAPCO kiosks don't prompt for it, so I was ecstatic. My payment was processed successfully. The gas station was clean during my visits. I came one final time to top off my car's gas tank before returning my car at the airport. I liked coming here. It saved my hunger pangs. It was there when my car needed fuel. (323)

Upon entering two employees, one at register and the other on the sales floor, greeted me. I found all the shelves well stocked and the refrigerated drink stations filled. I'm walking around the store it's like a mini-grocery store minus meats. More than a 7-11 carries! Prices, to me, we're decent. Store was clean, well lit, and almost every employee I met greeted me with a Hello and a smile.
