Yes, Tustin, I was treated with the "utmost" respect until I pointed out that you had improperly…read morefabricated the piece you supposedly had ready for 4 days. When I pointed out the problem your answer was that your tools couldn't make the bends and you said, "won't this work?" I explained it was a matter of structural integrity and the extra bend was necessary. Don't know why, Tustin, after hard work, long hours and hundreds of customers you couldn't just tell me at the beginning that your tools won't make the proper bends in a piece of sheet metal. None of this would be happening now! Then, in regard to the second piece I requested; on the day I came to pick up the parts you said the sheet aluminum won't fit in your bender. I gave you dimensions. Why didn't you tell me at the start it wouldn't fit? Easy! By the way, what's wrong with scrap metals? Same one's you wanted to use only yours were brand new. Too expensive! Happy to pay for the labor, didn't need the new materials. You didn't have to take the job! And one more thing; the big difference, "they" served, not you! Does your entire family of former and active military know you are disrespecting their service and our great country in the improper display of our American flag in your shop? Once again, you just don't get it! Stop lying and take the scolding like a man and just do better in the future. Good luck in your failing business. I am very satisfied alerting others of your bad conduct and business practices. In this case it is the only satisfaction I received.

In Clovis, on Temperance, just off the 168 and past the roundabout. Nice showroom! Super nice guy…read moreworking there. We bought a bargain door for $30 and the hubby wanted to change out the 70's gold colored plexiglass in it. (We went to a glass store and it was going to be about $260. Gulp! I liked the retro look of the door, but wasn't prepared for that, after we'd already spent a couple hundred for the frame and threshold). So, our next stop was PP. At first the guy made a joke about having to look in the archives for a piece of retro plexiglass, but score! He found a piece of clear, semi obscured plexiglass that would work. It was going to be about $100 to have five pieces cut to fit the openings of our "project door". Cool beans. We paid for it and about a week later, got a call that our order was ready for pick up. Yay! They have so much more there than just plexiglass pieces. Check them out for any of your plastic needs!
