I visited several kennels before my vet recommended Five Star and none of them stacked up to the wonderful environment Paul and Tracey have at their home and kennels in Springwood. Kennels makes it sound so drab and is almost the wrong way to describe their property. It's a pet resort. There's plenty of room for the dogs to roam and play with other dogs (they match them to a 'buddy' for the duration of their stay). We were able to go and inspect the property before booking, and our dog has stayed with them twice now. He loves it. On his second stay there he raced to Paul as soon as we got him out of the car. We pay a small fee on top of the daily rate for our pooch to stay inside the house with Paul and Tracey and it's worth each cent. He comes home happy as Larry. I also like that we can text them for quick updates on how he is doing while we're away. It really is a small peace of mind while you're away. They have strict drop off and pick up times - which I respect - especially when you're orchestrating the number of four legged friends they are. I would have no hesitation in sending any friends with dogs to Paul and Tracey at Five Star.

The staff are friendly and lovely to deal with. You can see that the staff really love animals of all shapes and sizes. They care for them so well. We do regular grooming here as well, which I think makes her feel comfortable for her stays. I highly recommend leaving your pet at Jazari Pet Resort.

I have put three dogs through the Coltrandi live in obedience training and I cannot recommend it highly enough. And my dogs absolutely love going there. From traumatised rescues to my most recent dog that went through training (Pembroke corgi) they all come back to me happy, healthy, smelling lovely and are amazing with obedience. My dogs love all the staff. My corgi was so excited to get pats from Col it was like he was her personal doggy God or rockstar. And he's a rockstar to all the other dogs too. Terrible business, never answers the phone, does not care for the customer and if you have a complaint because they didn't do their job properly, they will ignore you.
