Star City Pro Wash came out to pressure wash my whole house, garage floor, and the concrete areas…read more They are friendly and did a decent job with the ground areas. However, they don't know how to remove paint oxidation. They told me it won't come off, that the wall must be wiped down with a rag. So I hired a paint company to rewashed the siding. This company pretreated the siding with a chemical and then washed the oxidation right off! I'm currently asking Star City Pro Wash for 1/2 of the money back as they've done nothing to the house, except shooting water from the ground up. Will update this if I get a result. Updates: They came out and partially refund me for the vinyl siding and also admitted their fault. Hence I gave them 4 stars for service and ethical conduct.

Proceeded to set up for small painting job took paintings off wall, helped move heavy items to center of room, removed belongings from cabinets and surfaces. All proceeding as it should. Then 2 gals said had to go to hardware store to get plaster powder. When they returned it was a total about face with multiple excuses that added up to not wanting to do the job. When I questioned whether they actually planned to do anything Judy took that as rude??!! I guess questioning her actions triggered her somehow. They picked up their stuff and drove away unexpectedly leaving this older woman to move heavy furniture and take supplies back to basement. Even when I first contacted them I told them I have arthritis and can no longer do heavy work by myself. Later, I begged them to help put everything back as they had promised, but they refused. Saying she told me she needed to do estimate first (which she did not, & if she did why proceed to prep the room and bring in all supplies?) And by questioning her actions was "rude". Maybe they are capable of doing good work, but something is very off with the owner. Don't recommend.
