Within a couple of weeks, the crew and equipment came and did an absolutely exemplary job, even with snow pack on the ground! They had to use their crane to take down more than half of the 25' second trunk that was a threat to our house if it would have been blown down in a storm. They also used their bucket truck to expertly move in and around the branches to zero in on the targeted ones for extraction without doing any damage to the surrounding ones. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous and considerate. They put every bit of extracted wood into their wood chipper and hauled it all away. We chose Jay's Tree Service because of "word of mouth" recommendations from two couples we overheard having a conversation in line at Mama Jean's Barbecue last summer while waiting in line outside. They were discussing a recent storm and how each couple had to have tree work done and they both had used Jay's and were extremely happy with them. I took note of this praise and decided that if we ever needed tree work, it would be with Jay's, and we never even sought any other quotes.
