The work was not going as quickly as I expected but he was coming at off hours, staying an hour or 2 and then leaving. In December I was told they've run out of disposal fees and they wanted the second half of the payment. I should have questioned it since they had barely been here, but I didn't, my mistake. He started working on it again in January and said I had more limbs down and he'd haul them away for an additional$300. I paid it. I was told last night, rain or shine he would be at my home by 8 am to pick up the rest of the brush and get his equipment. I am writing this at nearly 5 pm and guess what? It's all still here and they are ignoring my calls and texts. This project should have only taken a few weeks. He started and stopped so many times that where he originally started is starting to become overgrown, again. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THERE TIMEFRAME IS UNREASONABLE.

(The patio with the Mosaic pictured on his review is mine). His communication is horrible, he ignores calls and texts. I spoke to him on a few occasions about his failure to communicate and he just ignores it. I referred my neighbor and a friend before these issues surfaced and they complain about the same issues. He wants you to prepay for lawn care that is supposed to be done every 2 weeks then he doesn't show up or reply to you. My neighbor paid him for work in her yard that either did not get done or was incomplete, when he is questioned about it, he says it was done but you can see it was not. My coworker prepaid for lawn care for the summer he has not been to her home for at least 2 months. I don't recommend this company. I will not refer another person due to their lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

Each time they came out they told us it needed to be weathered which did not prove to be correct. We have worked with three different employees and each time were told it had been done incorrectly and they now want an additional 5000 to make it right. Trust worthy they are not! If there were negative star reviews I would choose those.

His young employees are just that- young and unknowledgeable of how to treat clients and how to honor what their boss promised the client. Ryan Richards and all of his employees need a training course on customer service. Ryan Richards informed me he was tired of dealing with his workers and was thinking of closing his business; and based on my experience, I feel he should. Maybe then when these individuals don't have a job anymore, they might learn a lesson of respect and honesty. D. H.
