The HVAC is an awkward place, but even I have been there and I'm 82, so there is no excuse. The contract says 2 or 3 outside traps. I only got one. The guy was supposed to see me on Fri AM 12/20 but didn't show or call. I'm probably wrong but this doesn't look like an adequate job and certainly not worth $425. I've been a customer since 4/22.
