However we all know why that is. After being there awhile you kinda just ignore it but it is very much still noticeable. The small dogs are allowed on both sides which is nice but my dog can be a jerk sometimes and pick fights with bigger dogs. So we had no choice but to stay on the small dog side. With that being said the small dog side is super small, but I guess it works for those dogs that have a hard time breathing in high temperatures, I feel like they can do better with supplying more toys on small side. I didn't know how much I would love the option to drink and let my dog roam free. Beer options are great we had a delicious Hazy. little to no seating. They should really run with this idea and open a much bigger place it's perfect for those days it's way too hot, cold or even rainy. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit but if I lived near I probably would.

My pups couldn't get enough. They ran, rolled, played, sniffed - they were so happy and so was I! There were actually barely any other dogs there I think weather related one of the local ladies that I asked about the park told me. This is a huge step up from my go to dog park back home. This park is long and narrow, and is great for large and small dogs, in two separate areas. There are dog waterers available, and both areas are terraced into multiple levels. Plenty of grass and room to throw balls or discs for your doggy to chase. The grassy areas are well maintained, and there aren't any mud pits to speak of. Some trees for shade, and benches, too. Also, it appears that owners are picking up after their dogs, because we haven't seen a lot of surprises in the grass. This park is a bit of a drive for us (~25 minutes), but sometimes it's worth it. ETA: This park features sally port entries for additional security. Dogs entering or leaving have to go through two sets of gates.

Love taking the pups to this park…read more As mentioned in the other reviews, this park does have 3 separate areas for dogs of all sizes. Large dogs, small dogs and a space to train your dogs. We typically go to all three areas and truly enjoy the spaces. I have two smaller sized dogs and they get so excited coming to the park. Several of the owners are very friendly, clean up after their dogs and seem to also keep coming back. The park does get pretty muddy during rain seasons due to the lack of grass in some areas but overall we let the dogs enjoy it all either way. There are sidewalks for walking along the edges. There are benches to sit on but just be mindful this is where all the dogs lift their legs and do their business. The gates are a little tricky to open but definitely not child proof. Enjoy!

We finally felt comfortable enough to take our puppy to our local dog park. Since I've heard two…read moresides good and bad about this specific park I was a little nervous. Well, we had a really good experience. Our pup who is just 4 months old really enjoyed himself and I found the park to be very clean. There ar homeless surrounding the perimeter but they don't bother you. I liked how there was extra poop bags in case you forgot them or ran out. There is a water spout for the pups if they get thirsty. If you have a little one there is a smaller section for smaller dogs I believe 35 lbs or less. I do have one complaint and it's not the park but a specific dog owner. If your dog's goes #2 the right thing you should do is pick it up right? Well, this lady's dog takes a giant #2 while watching it and turns a blind eye. She left it for either us dog parents or another dog to step in. I was very disappointed. So, make sure when walking around you are aware that there may be poop on the grass due to irresponsible dog owners.

Easiest way to put it. But this park has a lot of grassy area, a back stop with fence to hit baseball/softballs, a mini tennis court, and horse shoe toss thing. What I love about this park is the non bark/sandy area! So easy to take my 1 to and she can't put anything in her mouth because the ground is made of that rubber bouncy material. There's a toddler play area, and then a bigger kids one. Clean tables, with plenty of trash cans. There are no bathrooms the only negative. If you are in the area and have little ones definitely should get out and get some outdoor time here.
