Not only can he not fix anything - you can't trust him. He talks a big game about being a man of his word, but he's far from it.

Due to the cutout in the counter, this brand was our only option. Come to find out...this particular cooktop would not be available until the end of March. That was *until* calling Larry at Hurst TV & appliance. Larry had taken my name and number and was going to see if he could order one for me. We were getting so desperate we were going to redo the granite in our kitchen and get another brand of cooktop. Larry calls and asks if we were still looking for a cooktop! I told him we were installing granite in the kitchen *just* to get a cooktop. He offers me his floor model. Then he apologized for not thinking of it earlier! We were floored (no pun intended).
