I spent a couple of days looking for a piano tuner who seems to have a lot of experience and within my price range and location. I contacted him from his website and he emailed me back within a day. Compared to all the other I contacted, he was very quick. I believed that my piano was extremely bad and needed repairs so we made a two appointment days in case we needed the second day. He came in and quickly gave me a quote which was a lot lower then I expected from his website's price listing and we didn't need a second day. While he was working on the piano, he explained to me a couple of his instruments about what they are and used for. He also told me about worse case scenarios (string breaking) and what the aftermath would be. He was here for a few hours (2-3). He was very respectful and kind. My dog liked him too. :)

Needing to restock on reeds for his clarinet we swung by this afternoon to pick up a box! Nice well stocked store with attentive and friendly staff. This store serves the Fort Bend community schools by supplying instruments and accessories to band members. When selecting a place to purchase my son's clarinet I was impressed with the staff that was visiting his school the day of instrument selection. My first visit to the store's location, I liked the layout and friendly service! Not too impressed with their guitar selection though. Most of their guitars border on the low end quality wise but are OK for beginner students. Guitar Center in Stafford would be my choice if looking for a guitar but, if shopping for brass instruments, Music Arts would be my choice to go shopping! We did find my son's reeds that come in a pack of ten and I believe he's set for the year! He seems to enjoy his clarinet! Along with his piano lessons he's coming into his own musically! And he even likes to strum on my guitars on occasion. Hope that interest grows a bit more as he matures... Overall consensus: A good little music store in a nice location! Perfect for brass instrument accessories!
