They have some standard tiles and patterns in stock, but most orders and all custom blends are made to order and require some lead time. We ended up choosing some gorgeous rhomboid tiles and borders from United Tile after endless searching through other providers. Christine was a joy to work with. Not only did she have an incredible vision to recreate a space I…read morereally struggled with, but she also executed on it brilliantly. The transformation of a room I once hated is unbelievable. An incredible communicator, hard worker, efficient with her time management and worth every penny for the work she did. Her skills are impressive as is her creativity. I enjoyed having her in my home and greatly appreciated her diligence on keeping the space tidy, her clean up, and her overall respect for my space (which I can't say for every contractor I've had in my home). More so, I appreciated the end results of her work. I absolutely love the wood wall she built in my dining room and would definitely hire her for additional work. I highly recommend her and guarantee you will love her and be beyond impressed by her talent.

After reading all the…read more5-star reviews (which influenced my decision to go with this company), I am baffled by the terrifically poor wall painting job Christine's painting contractor provided for us. That, on top of his over the top rudeness to myself and my spouse, just made this job one of the most unpleasant home improvement projects we have done. We had to have the painter return (which was the last thing we wanted) and Christine to rectify the numerous painting errors. He, once again, wouldn't even acknowledge us. Yes, there was a language barrier, but he never once greeted us when coming into our home, rushed through the job (he got "done" two days ahead of schedule) and did one of the messiest wall painting jobs I've seen. Yes, the cabinets look nice, but with all the cabinet refinishing companies out there one would think the finished job should be close to perfect. The owner never checked with us during the job and when we started to express our displeasure towards the end, she offered numerous excuses, defending her painter. We do have a lg Pride flag on our house and we are thinking perhaps the painter was homophobic. We don't readily go to that, but this guy's attitude stumped us. Christine did correct the problems but overall, esp with the amount of $ we spent, we highly regret not going with a different company.

In the early 80's, I got a carpet remnant from Great Floors in octagon design bluish color, with foam back, I decided to call and ask if they could text me photos of such & such, provided colors, style that I need. We went there right away, and was able to have me cut enough material for our stairs. I mean ENOUGH, since we're matching designs. Very very happy with the purchase. Countertops should be this easy!!…read more I have had a saga of trying to find a small countertop for my laundry cabinet for months now. It was too small of a job for most countertop places to do without me buying an entire slab. Places that can sell by the sq foot like Home Depot had sq footage minimums and were booked more than two months out. So for months my cabinets were semi-unusable with no countertops on while the sight of the mess kept grating on my nerves. Anyone whose lived in a never ending house project can understand. On a whim, I decided to go to ZC as it popped up on my most recent Google maps search. I called first since the website said no job is too small - a sentiment that hasn't proven to be true in other places. Gloria took down my measurements and immediately said that it wouldn't be a problem and to come by when I had time. I was there within the hour, picked out a beautiful quartz that was more than fairly priced, and had install schedule for two days afterwards! Not only did the installer arrive promptly, Gloria kept in contact via text to let me know within half an hour of his arrival and checked in with me afterwards. Not only was the installer prompt, he was speedy, tidy, and efficient. I also appreciated that he follows current COVID precautions without needing to be asked. He was in and out within an hour and half, extremely polite. And his caulking was immaculate! I still pinch myself when I pass by my laundry room each time since it looks so beautiful now. And most importantly, it's complete and done! I wish I had more countertop needs in this house, I would go back to work with Gloria at ZC in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, it seems that things have gone downhill from the time when the professional and…read morequality noted in other reviews was present. I've gone back and forth about writing review, but I hope to save someone the headache and money. Communication was difficult and John had a tough time coming when originally agreed. He said his truck and supplies had been stolen and I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt. One the phone he sounded a bit erratic and had trouble remembering what we had emailed about. When he arrived, he seemed a bit off and did not skim, liner, and then skim for one of the walls. I also didn't feel comfortable with some of the comments he made regarding another customer who posted photos and a review. He left a mess of glue in many areas (baseboards, outlets, night stands) on the two walls he installed liner on. Additionally, I found out after the fact that the liner is supposed to be installed horizontally to rail road behind the wallpaper - he installed it vertically with some questionable cutting. In the end, I was not only frustrated with scheduling and communication, but the quality of work and behavioral mannerism did not leave me feeling comfortable having John return to my home. As one of his main complaints was that he did not get paid by another reviewer, I gave him a check to be done and he never followed up for any further install. In this case, that was a relief.
