On March 1, 2026, at approximately 9:40 PM, a company truck and trailer operated by an individual named Keith Lee James associated with this business struck my legally parked vehicle on a public street. My car was stationary, properly parked, and there was more than enough space available. Despite that, the trailer clipped the side of my vehicle. After the collision, the driver stated that "That's my f****** spot don't park there," even though it was public street parking with no assigned spaces. Instead of taking accountability, the situation immediately became confrontational. Obtaining insurance information from the company was extremely difficult and required multiple calls. The driver also left the scene as police were arriving. Law enforcement responded and generated a case report. This incident did not happen in isolation. There has been ongoing hostility leading up to this event. The driver has personally told me and my friends about prior felony convictions and past gang involvement. Whether those statements are true or not, hearing that from someone who is operating a company vehicle in a residential neighborhood is alarming. My concern is not just about the damage to my car -- it is about safety and the company's judgment in allowing individuals with a history of threatening behavior to represent them and operate their vehicles.
