Zak performed some small repair work - sealing a sewer pipe, fixing some flashing, and sealing down a shingle - and gave me a complete inspection of the roof. He was honest, kind and more than reasonable! The fact that the owner of the company responded personally and came out to do the work himself speaks volumes about what kind of a small business that Zak runs. Zak was there the day after a hurricane for this minor repair and while his crews were out installing complete roofs. I'm so grateful for him and his business, and won't hesitate to recommend Slavin Home Improvements to everyone I know! While he was at my house, a neighbor wandered over to get a quote on some gutter repairs done and Zak made time then and there. If you want an honest, hardworking professional company, look no further than Slavin Home Improvements!

The work on our roof was done in a highly professional manner over a 2 day period. Even with a large crew, the work was done in a timely manner with minimal disruptions. Quality of work and materials seems superior and Kenny went above and beyond what was agreed with installation of new flashings and edging. We are extremely happy with how the roof now looks and can not wait to enjoy it for years to come. I would highly recommend KJN Restoration to anyone looking for roofing upgrade and restoration. I found them when I was looking for gutter installation work and was so impressed that I had them replace the entire roof on my house sized barn (~2100 sq ft) with Owens Corning along with significant rehabilitation work to the substrate. It seems all too rare these days that you find a contractor that is reliable, competent and takes real pride in their work but that's exactly what you're getting here. These are skilled and honest professionals who do excellent work and stand behind both the process and the finished product. I have no doubt that we will work together again and I hope they know how much I appreciate the care that they've taken with my unique and often complicated property!
