It's a reasonably sized store, because that's what they do--they don't sell sushi, or have a a huge deli and bakery and butcher and all. They have an alcohol section--of course, this is Wisconsin after all--and it's not small for the size of the store. It was easy to shop, and they have t-shirts/onesies/sweatshirts in case you need some PW merch.

Our family has always said that if you can't get it at Bley's you don't really need it! Probably the most important thing about Bley's is it's owners, Wayne, Paula and now their daughter Angie Bley. They are the salt of the earth and they will do whatever they can to help you, above and beyond groceries. Second in importance are Wayne's skills as a butcher. The family also farms and Wayne butchers his own meat. It's outstanding! Wayne's brats are not to be missed! At the end of the summer we take home a freezer full of them. He also does a fresh ham cut that I've never seen anywhere else. Slow cooked with garlic it's a taste of heaven.

The ground beef, brats, italian sausage and filets are some of the best I've ever had and are cheaper than the mass produced crap that's sold at Jewel or Dominick's. Beef tenderloin/filets - $9.99/pound is insane. Comes stright from their farm to the store so you know exactly what you're getting. We bring a large coolerful of meat from here every trip up. Looking forward to going back up in a couple months so we can stock up again.

During the time of COVID-19 I'm looking for shopping experiences with minimal human interaction…read more Popped in tonight to pick up a few things and was eager to use the shop & scan feature in the Meijer App. Normally, self scan means you have a contactless shopping experience. You scan your items and pay for them- all on your phone. Here's the weirdness that is this feature at Meijer. Scanned my items with my phone (so far so good) but then to pay for them I had to go to a "self serve" check-out, scan a QR code on the screen, have the employee come up and tell me they are required to scan "3 of your items" (I was buying 4 things)- and then you can scan your credit card at the self checkout to pay. That's certainly not scan and go, nor is it contactless. There is really minimal benefit to scanning on your phone vs scanning all your items at self checkout. The other really unbelievable aspect of Meijer in the time of a pandemic is that they will charge you $4.95 to pickup your order at the store and you can't use pickup for any alcoholic items. Meijer needs to take some cues from WalMart- which has order pickup down to a science. They bring the groceries to your trunk quickly, for no charge, and will bring out your alcohol (with a convenient curbside ID check). I don't want to go through the checkout nor have the front of store staff touching "3" of my items. It's a no- brainer that for a contactless experience- Meijer is not the right choice. Shop and scan was really disappointing.

An amazing small grocery store with some high end products…read more This place is similar to places near high end communities where you see lobster tails and superb cuts of beef. Lots of high end spirits and wine. Many small batch jars of sauces, condiments, jams, etc. Boars Head meets sliced for you. Nice salmon and Tuna. Plus the regular groceries that everyone needs. They even have a single barrel whisky that the staff selects and has bottled just for them. It's better than expected for the price. Staff was super helpful and polite. I've never reviewed a grocery store. This is pretty unique shopping! Try it.
