They got me a better sale price than I was even expecting and sold it very very quickly. They were extremely helpful with any issues that came up that needed to be cleaned or repaired and really went above and beyond to make things convenient and effortless for me, even when the buyer asked for seemingly silly little things at the last minute! This was especially important because I had already moved out and was living out of state so I really needed someone to be there for me since I couldn't deal with these requests myself. They were always super friendly to deal with and had a great positive vibe. I am happy I got the chance to work with their team and meet some of them and I highly recommend!

They had the best advice, always let me know what was going on with the process and even when I couldn't find certain papers I needed they always figured it out for me . I really enjoyed working with Todd and Nancy especially. I would recommend them if you looking to sell a mobile home but don't know where to start they also buy as is if things are to stressful for you and you can't mange to move certain things so that's always and option .

We had met a few agents who worked the area prior to him, and glad we chose him to list our home. His fees were reasonable, and his follow-through communications were a huge improvement from other agents we had met with. He provided us with a better-than-full-service experience that we are pretty sure other agents would not have provided. He held multiple open houses and followed through as we were going back and forth between our home in another state and the Bay Area. He took care of all of the closing topics and items that needed to be done while we were away, allowing us not to have to spend too much time, knowing the home was being taken care of. He held open houses and helped with closing remotely. If you are looking for an honest, real estate agent that actually cares about taking care of your needs, definitely consider Reza! Thank you, Reza, for all of your help and support!

He helped us understand the market, walked us through countless open houses, and supported us through several non-standard listings and multiple offers. What stood out most was Reza's calm, accommodating, and genuinely open-minded approach. He always made time for us, responded incredibly quickly whenever we were ready to move on a house, and made a complicated process feel manageable. When we finally found the one we loved, Reza helped us negotiate a price that worked perfectly for us. Thanks to him, we closed smoothly and moved in shortly afterward. If you're looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about helping you find the right home (not just any home) Reza is the person you want in your corner. We're grateful for everything he did for us, and we couldn't recommend him more highly.

If negative stars were possible, I would have chosen it…read more Our experience was horrible dealing with Barbara kuang ever since 10/31/25. It makes us feel that she was determined not to help us, but to keep us in the process just for a show. There must be an unspeakable reason making her not willing to make any effort to serve our interest. Before making our 1st offer in early October, Barbara misled us and encouraged us to offer only $2.08M (with listing $2.2M) , without providing us with a CMA report. She said "It can be considered" twice. One reason we did not offer a higher price is because the disclosure packet failed to disclose rental contract and tenants' information. Barbara said she would provide the tenant information once we are in contract. According to our Sr. loan agent, this is a violation of regulations. Barbara Kuang ghosted us and did not respond to phone calls, text messages, and voice mail since 10/31/25 for 13 days, nor did she inform us that she was "out of town". When my wife assumed she was out of the country, she finally texted back on 11/13/25 saying "I am still in China. I will have Danny [seller's agent, NOT our agent] to help you." We highly suspect she was NOT out of the country at that time. I questioned Barbara's branch manager Patrick Judge on 12/17/25 if she was truly out of country and he refused to give us a "Yes" or "No" answer. Even if she were out of the country, does she have the courtesy to tell us ahead of time in the midst of our bidding of this house and arrange for someone else to help us ahead of time? Without any advice and help, we basically were on our own. We accepted multiple counteroffers and offered $2.22M within deadline on 11/17/2025, removed home inspection contingency. We were planning to borrow about $500+k loan only for this purchase, putting down nearly 80% downpayment. We got pre-approval from our underwriter ahead of time, so we could get funding within 10 days, and close the sale within 21 days per our Sr. loan agent. On 12/12/2025 (3.5 weeks later), the property was sold for $2.20M ($20k less than our final offer) to another bidder who did not accept multiple counteroffers by deadline per Danny Mok, seller's agent. Without our own agent guiding us for the bidding war, we were totally on our own as Barbara did not say a word during the process. If there were an experienced and responsible agent helping/coaching us for the multiple counteroffers and helping us review and enhance the best terms, we are certain we will be the top bidder. This is the 3rd time we have hired a dual agent to make an offer. Our previous two experiences with other companies had been awesome, and we were treated as valuable "customers" and served well. On the other hand, your agent Barbara Kuang served us beyond a horrible experience and made us realize what a traumatic nightmare we have gone through in this experience. Barbara Kuang's behavior is beyond a weirdo and to date, we still cannot comprehend why she acted that way, giving away another easy 2.5% commission ($55.5K) willingly, and killing the chance for your broker to double your profit. This is totally unimaginably queer. My honest advice to all readers: stay away from Intero Real Estate Service, as they have very unprofessional agents like Barbara Kuang who will waste your time and energy. Do yourself a favor and find plenty of other realtors who are eager to earn your business instead.

My clearly posted No trespassing signs, yes PLURAL, mean no trespassing…read more They don't mean "No trespassing unless you're an Intero Realtor". Your agents have repeatedly ignored the signage. Your agents do not respect #propertyrights! If your agents can't read and respect clear instructions written in BASIC ENGLISH, then why would anyone be motivated to enter into a contract to buy a home with them?
