Melissa has flat out told me "No" to this process and that she does not recommend it for my hair. Also, Keratin treatments are NOT known to be in Dominican Hair Salons but more so at Brazilian hair salons. After all the damage caused to our hair during the summer months due to the sun, pool and beach I can always come back to this Salon and know that Melissa will bring life back to it. Lashelle took me back to wash my hair - she was so gentle and thorough, especially because my scalp is on the drier side during the winter. She wasn't able to, or willing to, fix my hair, just made it a little less drastic and advised me to wear my hair in a totally new and different style than my norm because it would hide her error. She also then refused to dry it unless I wanted to pay for a separate blow out, so it wasn't as obvious to me how little she fixed since I left with damp hair.
