I was freaking out when I brought my dog Scarface here with lacerations deep into his skin. Mr. Dr…read more Man, I forgot his name but he's a really nice guy and took great care of my dog. The price is also worth every penny as they are not as expensive as most people charge. I'm more than happy now my Doggo has to heal. Thank you, doctor and thank you staff.

If you're looking for a reputable, kind, and trusted vet to care for your pets, look no further!…read more Both doctors at this practice are superb veterinarians and all the vet techs and reception staff are helpful and pleasant. Dr. Crowl specializes in the surgeries and Dr. Taylor does the rest, both handling the steady practice with ease. It's a cozy office that emphasizes the loving, home town vibe, and feeling that we're part of a family. I can honestly say my two dogs and I have never been treated better and we've been to three vets in MD and four in AZ. I'm able to take both my dogs in at the same appointment, saving time and usually an office visit charge. I often get an appointment the same or next day and never had to wait longer than four days to be seen, including days the clinic is closed! My fur babies have had immunizations, routine care, seizure medication maintenance, small growth removals, pathology, blood work, and even medical treatment after car accident injuries saving me at least $3,000 from what the pet ER wanted to charge. The shampoos and meds they sell are reasonably priced. The doctors accommodated filling obscure seizure meds from a out of state prescription, with no questions asked, no unnecessary tests or up charging. They tell me exactly what's going on and why they picked a particular treatment over another one, and are open to hearing my perspective on my pet's care. They understand what my pet's are experiencing even when I (nor my dogs!) can describe it well. They follow appropriate COVID practices too! I really can't say much more other than-- this is the vet you've been looking for!!

I will never know what I did to deserve having this amazing veterinarian Dr. Jocelyn Hawkins as my…read moremedical caregiver for my animals. It's crazy how I'll see her 8 times in one year and then not again for two years. And no matter when I call her, she always makes time for me. Her methods are flawless. Her knowledge is impeccable, and her skill level and cool headed nature is something that you would have to witness to be able to appreciate. Today I saw her for one of my feral cats Clementine, who was presenting with a UTI. I gave Clemmie a little gabapentin to chill her out. Once she hit the cold air, it was game on. When I got her inside the mobile med/van there was no fuss. They decided to give her a little sedative, but before the shot went in, she shot out like a rocket, and while that cat ran around the mobile climbing the walls Dr. Hawkins just started talking and visiting with me. We just ignored the cat ... and she stopped, and they picked her up and she was handled with such grace and love and care. It reminds me why I love this Vet so much. I know she's not taking new clients because she's maxed out. I don't know how she would receive anything less than five stars... you obviously don't understand or appreciate the gift of this doctors expertise. And she comes to your house with a medical van prepped for any kind of surgery!!' I just wanted to post this to let the universe know I am still thanking you for gifting to me...my amazing veterinarian.... Dr Jocelyn Hawkins

So this was my first time visiting this vet. I just got a new fur-baby. The visit and staff were…read moreVERY nice. However, the level of care and attentiveness was deplorable. I had to ask questions of the doctor, which he answered. But he answered each question without looking at the animal?! When one of the issues that he made seem so simple and unimportant got worse (2-days later), it was VERY hard to speak with the doctor. When I finally got a call back, I was asked to bring my pet in for another exam...DUDE, we were just there!! Why didn't you take the time to check it out then? I will own a small portion as I should have pushed the issue. But when you (as the resident expert) acts like it's no big deal, I believe you and found comfort in your prognosis. I don't have time to come back for you to address an issue that you opted to brush off. I was advised that a medication for another issue for my pet was available. I tried to call to see how much it would be. I was put on hold for 10-minute. I called back and was put on hold without the person so much as saying hello (4-minute). I hung up and called back and was put on hold again (5-minute)...ok you MUST be super busy. I'll just swing by. I go to the office to pick up medication. I see a "tech" take a dog outside. The dog poops. The tech and the dog came back inside and left the poop outside?!?!? How in the world do you work for a vet and leave poop outside?!?? No thanks, My pet and I deserve better!! Lesson learned, Yelp-nation warned me and I should have listened!

The note taped on the front doors said as of 7/22/24 the clinic closes at 2pm. on Sundays. I received no communication from the clinic of the new hours. After knocking and calling for approx 30 minutes an employee came from the back. The employee refused to release my dog. The employee said that it was the office manager's fault for not calling with news of the new Sunday hours. This is the 4th time the clinic has changed hours without notification while my dog was in boarding. I am insulted by the lack of consideration.
