I've give Schwab multiple chances over the years, phone customer service is useless, so I decided to walk into the actual brick and mortar and out of 21 business cards of displayed cards of their in-house professionals not a single one was available to have a conversation with me to discuss my options and to help me!!! The receptionist offered for me to stand at the counter and open an account online, but a further discussion had to be by appointment only. No walk ins are accepted here at all. The two guys at reception had very low attention span and kept asking the same questions over and over without listening to my answers. How on earth does Schwab stay in business??
