This place cops a bad rap for the appallingly rude staff - and this true. The little old lady is the nicest, but the two younger ladies often have a bit of attitude. When I went to the shop today to let them know, i did not even hear a word of apology or any inclination to compensate/refund for this - they said that no one brought the other cake back, which truly has nothing to do with our immense disappointment and the carelessness of the staff serving us on the day. We have been shopping there for many years, even before the new management took the shop over. As a result of unacceptable handling of this issue by the shop management, I will never make another purchase there and advise all customers to check what they get from the shop as service quality is clearly in need of improvement.
