This is a one-woman production. She makes gorgeous, special order cookies, caramels, chocolates, and candy apples. She teaches the classes, makes the goodies, and runs the business. If you like to support small businesses, this one is for you. The first time I tried these products was at a charity event for Richmond Animal League. I'm happy to shop small businesses that also give back to our community! The products and customer service are worthy of five stars. I'm giving four because the business is still being run out of the owner's home. I hope she gets a store front soon! The products are also a bit pricey. They are absolutely worth it, but it has to be a special occasion for me to spend this much for treats. But, the cookies are truly works of art!

The cake was 3 large deep cakes, one on top the other... but staked wrong. the middle cake was nearly the size of the bottom cake and the top was so much smaller... so the pans they chose to use were sized wrong. Layers were stacked the same one on top the other, and they were supposed to have been stacked, bottom layer square, middle layer turned with points to the sides, top layer turned with points to the sides of the middle layer. I personally thought, I'd have just served it and let it go, UNTIL I saw the picture of what they were supposed to make... Omg it was nothing like what was requested... Bows made on the sides were sloppy. the little "ropes" were just rounded and plain... and not even on the cake... They sent out to Walmart for large sheet cakes and I must say, for $18 each...they looked so so much better than the cake that was nearly $300 with everything done wrong ;o(

The owner is so sweet and polite, and the shop is tastefully decorated even though it's in such a tiny space. I set my bag in the cart and retrieve my glasses and phone (flashlight) to begin my search. An employee enters the isle pushing a cart, and talking loud, I just assumed someone else was behind me. The next thing I know, he's yelling at me to "put it back" I look behind me, and nobody was on that isle but the two of us. Then I'm thinking he's joking around, until he say I seen you put something in your bag, then demands that I give him my bag and follow him to the back? Wtf! So I start to hand him my bag, so he can see that I didn't. Then the alarm in my gut kicks in, I tells him NO! And I head toward the front to find a manager, before I get to the office, he starts yelling to the manager while pointing at me, saying that I had "4 bags" in my purse. The manager was shaking her head and walking away? The more I move toward her, the further she went. I'm like F this, I leave my cart and walk out. I stayed on the outside of the door in case the police was called. I seen the manager inside and asked her to come out to talk to me, but she stated the she wasn't allowed, because she was the only manager there. Wtf, just happened? I know I was embarrassed as hell! I had every customer in the store looking at me! I wasn't able to prove my innocents! I waited 45min for the police to show up, incase she called. And I didn't get the cat food! I've shopped their for the last five years and never had any crazy stuff like that happen. I'm never going back!!
