I'm happy to shop small businesses that also give back to our community! The products and customer service are worthy of five stars. I'm giving four because the business is still being run out of the owner's home. I hope she gets a store front soon! The products are also a bit pricey. The cake was 3 large deep cakes, one on top the other... but staked wrong. the middle cake was nearly the size of the bottom cake and the top was so much smaller... so the pans they chose to use were sized wrong. Layers were stacked the same one on top the other, and they were supposed to have been stacked, bottom layer square, middle layer turned with points to the sides, top layer turned with points to the sides of the middle layer. I personally thought, I'd have just served it and let it go, UNTIL I saw the picture of what they were supposed to make... Omg it was nothing like what was requested... Bows made on the sides were sloppy. the little "ropes" were just rounded and plain... and not even on the cake... They sent out to Walmart for large sheet cakes and I must say, for $18 each...they looked so so much better than the cake that was nearly $300 with everything done wrong ;o(
