When he doesn't know something he tells you unlike many other doctors we have seen. And then he gets you to the right medical professionals. Although Dr. Mann's office is at least 30 minutes from my house in good traffic, I made an initial appointment with his office because a friend of mine recommended P.A. Glenn Litman as a very knowledgeable medical professional who also takes the time to listen. When I'm looking for medical care among qualified individuals, I am always pleasantly surprised to find someone who listens. Since that initial appointment, my family has consulted with Dr. Mann, P.A. Litman, and P.A. Longanecker at different times on different matters... from cognitive testing to UTIs to depression and ADHD. All of them are highly qualified, and they all listen... none of them has ever made us feel rushed. I have also experienced a few of the inefficiencies other reviewers mentioned, but they have been exceptions rather than the rule; and, for me, the people-oriented culture of this team far outweighs the minor inconvenience of having to occasionally follow up on some waited-for communication. read more

I've been coming here for almost 17yrs. I have severe spinal degeneration disease with a lot of spinal stenosis. I'm a musician, I need to feel my fingers. The pain is always a 6-10 and because they had script issues with DEA, I have to suffer in pain now because he won't prescribe anything but Tramadol on a limited number. He's had me on the same pain medication for almost 10yrs or more. It's not effective much anymore. I guess because DEA wants everyone to be in pain and have a crappy quality of life. Why? Because 30k drug addicts abused it and died. So the mass has to suffer in need. It's BS. The Gov has these doctors and pain specialist not giving relief with opiods. Sucks for the hose of us that need relief. Stick your IBU and Tylenol where the sun don't shine. It's ineffective for nerve pain. Good Dr, bad situation. And hey never answer the phones. read more

Dr Mann is super sweet. My experience had been bad because the office NEVER calls back. It's so annoying. I call everyday and no call back. There's a lady who answers the call and is so rude. I'll explain that I've been calling and she will say ok and then send me to the nurses voice mail. Soooo frustrating!! read more

I would not go anywhere else. He is by far the best! He explains everything....down to the smallest detail. If you need a specialist, he will send you to the best, because he knows them and trusts them with his patients' care. I have no issues with the staff. It can be hard to get call backs at times, but that is to be expected with a heavy load of patients. I won't complain. Very strange experience. Got to my appointment at 7:50 am for 8:00 appointment. Rather dark in lobby but was raining out so didn't think much. Signed in and heard women gossiping about patients in next room. So unprofessional. I sat down. Lady comes out at around 7:54 and asks me why I'm there. (huh?) I told her my appointment was at 8:00 (5 minutes). She rudely accuses me of not using the front door. I assure her I walked in the front door. (???). She proceeds to storm over and Lock the front door with me inside. I asked her if my appointment was in 5 minutes and she said she had no idea and left. Never even turned on the lights. Next person pulls in parking lot. She walks in back door. Apparently she's the receptionist. Looks at me and and rudely askes me why I'm there. I told her my appointment was in like 3 minutes. She asks me HOW I got in. I told her the front door. She tells me it shouldn't be open and I shouldn't be there. Asks me again if I didnt walk in the back door. Very very rude staff. Not even apologetic or nice. Just mean... treating me like I have violated something and never once appeared to feel bad that I am still sitting in the dark and it is now time for my appointment. I told her that I was accused by 2 people now and that I was leaving. Twilight zone. PA I saw has quit and they wont give me his new location. Updating to say that Mary Francis (secretary) or whatever her actual name is, is incompetent, rude, and treats people like she's better than them, even when SHE make mistakes, she acts like it is the patients fault. 2 stars for having THAT be the face of an otherwise good doctor facility. read more

Kinda of reposting all others. Front desk is beyond rude. Don't expect a call back. Had to wait 6 days ( and 9 calls later) to get an appt 3 weeks later. However, the P.A., Tom Nohe is ABSOLUTELY great. He's the only reason I endure the hassle if this place. Grankly, I wouldn't have my worst enemy see Dr. Mann. Learned that mistake early on when in 3 different occasions he misdiagnosed & prescibed meds I was allergic to. .then saying " fone, then don't take them" & walks out the 3xam room. Seriously? Is u want a PA , the come here for Tom Nohe. Otherwise...stay away. read more

Wow, where to start. I'm still with this place like a bad marriage. For four years It has been a rollor coaster of a ride. First, the doctors, nurses and even PA's are supper nice! Whoever they have answering voice messages needs fired. I have only seen my Dr. One time and that was my very first appointment four years ago. It's always been a PA after that. Dr. Mann is very nice and reels you into coming to his clinic and that's the last x you're most likely going to see him. My spouse is a medical professional and she has had the same complaints from her patients about his office. Ughhh love'em-hate'em relationship. Now the fighting, when you call and are not wanting to set an appointment and leave message re: medicines and or reactions to such, questions about refills, medical changes after appointment; forget it they wont call you back period. This has been my biggest gripe with them! You have to set another appointment and that usually means I have to drive to office and set it face-to-face through the sliding glass window. Why? Because they usually don't answer phones or call you back. Also, the close from 1:00-2:00 no calls, no appointments. Love the face-to-face care but be prepaired for having to set appointment ANYTIME you have a question or concern and make sure you bring your Money or Co-payment! So, why am I still there? I have grown to like the care my PA gives me and my pain management and needs are met if I set appointment and have no further questions after the care. Get everything you need in the appointment or pay for another one. Dr. Mann needs to pay more attention to his practuce and cut back his time educating at schools, companies and interns. Or hire MD's or other DO's to see his patients. read more

I agree with the other reviewers. I left the office and found a new doctor due to the overwhelming "I just couldn't possibly care less" attitude throughout the office. No return calls, apathy towards everyone who walks in, no effort to treat you like a person. I don't need a red carpet, just some basic courtesy. At least fake it. read more

Same complaints as everyone else. They took 3 days to call back. You can never talk to someone. The secretary was so rude, it was almost comical. I stood in front of her while she spoke to another girl about her Alaskan cruise while she ignored me. Then, when she was done, she started texting on her phone....while I was still waiting to talk to her. She wouldn't even lift her lazy head when I asked her a question. She must be married...or doing a really "good job" for the doctor. read more
