This issue, there is no doubt, it's their work for improperly installing it. I'm disgusted Rob Norton will not return a call. I used a different name and number and a different reason for calling inquiring about a new system. He called about 15 minutes later as he was under the assumption I was a new client. I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up! I have a very old AC unit that's in the attic and I wasn't very optimistic but after about an hour of working on it Alex got it working again by replacing a fan and installing a new thermostat that was compatible with new part. That said, when I received my bill, I was stunned by the exorbitant cost, $535.00, that BBM charged for a thermostat which can be purchased online or in stores for $385.00 less than what I was charged. (plus there was an additional $149.38 installation fee) [Best Buy and Walmart $139.99, HVAC Home Safety $131.50, Amazon $149.99 } Prior to my appointment, my thermostat had not been working properly so, in anticipation, I purchased one exactly like the one I had. But later, based on conversations with the technician and my neighbor, I switched to the Honeywell T6 . When I received my bill, I was shocked to see a charge of $535.00 for a thermostat that other websites charge no more than $150.00. Through phone calls and emails, I requested BBN adjust the charge. Crickets. In short, I think paying $535.00, a $385.00 or more markup for a $149.99 thermostat, is usurious price gouging.

Found Michael thru Yelp and since he was local I called and asked him for a quote on new…read moreboiler/heating system as ours was leaking a little bit. He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work.
