Quality wise it is really food, can't complain. The beef brisket soup during promo hours is only 98 PHP. Definite must to get. Beancurd and shrimp dumplings are good too. My only complaint: service time. We got seated early and placed our orders early too. It took 30+ minutes to get some of the food orders in our table. It did take a couple of follow ups with the servers, but all orders were complete. Just wish the service was slightly faster. If you want an alternative to King Chef, then go here!

I am not really sure why but I always make it a point to dine here only during their promo hours. Yes, I guess I'm strategic like that. Or maybe perhaps this restaurant really offers affordable and quality food choices. Aside from their dimsum, I usually dine at Golden Fortune for their shabu-shabu promo hours. Me and my dining companions usually order up a storm whenever we're here. And despite how many dishes we order, the bill still comes out cheap. All the more reason to dine here again and again. Make sure to get both the sate and original soup to get the best of both broths. Must orders would have to be: tao pao, lamb, beef, lobster balls, watercress, corn, tofu, squid balls and udon.

It's a simple concept: pick out what you want & they'll cook it for you. The key is to get the freshest fish or other seafood. Spoiler Alert: The cooks do a really good job, because everything was so enjoyable. It's the Philippines so every now & then restaurants get large parties - - we had 9 - - with no issues. We had the following: Sweet & Sour Fish: the fish was fried perfectly & had a good taste. Vegetable Pancit Bihon: very nice. Vegetable Chop Suey: nice amount of gravy & the veggies were good. Chop Suey was always a favorite of my Dad when he was alive & he would have like this one. Fried Calamari: nicely done. Not overly heavy battered which was good. Tasty dish. Baked Scallops: baked with cheese. Enjoyable. All the food came out in a timely manner. Everything was cooked well & tasted great. BTW: they also have "land lover" food - - ribs, chicken, & pork. If you don't want protein (meat or seafood), you can still get a good meal - - we had veggie pancit & veggie chop suey. Enjoy.

You can eat it with your hands (w/ plastic gloves) or utensils. We ordered extra clam soup and baked oysters wgich were all delectable. Would highly recommend to try it especially if you have balikbayan guests.

If anything I ordered here was extraordinary, it would be the iced tea. I just can't forget the reaction of my sister to the face I made after just one sip. She laughed so hard the entire lunch we've spent in Makan! Okay, let me describe to you their perfect iced tea. It's not instant for sure. I can taste the lovely bitterness of the tea leaves this was extracted from. It almost tasted like a real fresh, literal tea with ice. Even the slight flavor of lemon sweetened by honey was oh-so delicious. It was the most perfect Iced tea I ever had in the Philippines! Oh, they also have an awesome Bagoong Rice. And pad thai that has sorta "kunat" nuts. But mostly, you can come here for the iced tea. It's just perfect.

Our ice melted quickly in our drinks. All in all, the portions are decent. Our part of two did leave with some left overs. Highlights: The Adobong Kangkong was cut into manageable pieces and was mixed into a delicious sauce. Lowlights: The pancit canton was made with ramen noodles. It was good, but it couldn't really be called pancit canton with the wrong noodles. Mixed bag: The Caldereta was sweet which my husband loved and I didn't, and our halo halo didn't have enough ice in them, even though they were tasty. I'm giving it a four nonetheless because I enjoyed the little Sheldon like seabird that kept us company. He wouldn't allow anyone on his log, chasing away a rude sparrow that dared to try to sit there. Plus, the food was good, even if some of the ingredients were incorrect.

Overall, the food felt overpriced for the quality served. The service was poor and very slow, which made the dining experience disappointing. Although the restaurant is located in the middle of the beach, the ambiance was still not that enjoyable or relaxing. Overall, the place seems overpriced mainly because of the location rather than the quality of the food and service.

It was a rainy day filled with hunger and indecision until I came upon Fish & Co. I made the final decision just because I was so hungry. Everything was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. I'm so glad my hunger led me to this place. My desperation can lead me to fast food or settling for mediocre fare. It ruins the dish every time and there is nothing worst than tasting and smelling your freezer in your meal. So while lots of restaurants have tried to master their fish & chips menu, there is only one restaurant for me that perfects it ever time - Fish & Co. Admittedly, I don't really order their other dishes except for their most popular item, so I can't say much about their other dishes. Aside from their spectacular fish & chips, I especially love the garlic sauce that come with. I also ask for extra whenever I'm here. Staff members are always a pleasure making it one of my favorite restaurants in the Metro.
