The gentleman who served us was simply a delight and you can hear his love for his community and this bar when he speaks which made our entire dining experience so much more enjoyable! Food -- My husband ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and it was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and super juicy -- he particularly appreciated that they toasted the bun. I ordered the whitefish basket and was very happy that the breading wasn't overly thick and overpowering, but the tarter sauce was worth writing this review and I could have brought some home with me! We ordered the whitefish dip for an appetizer, which was fabulous, but I'm not sure the chips were the best pairing. Decor -- There are antique tools on the wall that are really fun to look at and guess what they were used for (some we have at home and still use), There's a much more modern boxing machine and games for kids, too. Bathroom -- A little awkward, I'm not sure a wheelchair user without assistance would be able to swing the shape of the bathroom. I did have a chuckle that there's a "men's" room and a just not men's room (it was whited out). Overall, an absolute delight and great place to be able to stretch our legs and get some good food. We don't drink, so I can't tell you anything about the alcohol -- but I hear their Shirley Temples are famous!

I am a vegetarian, so the only thing on the entire menu that I could eat was pizza. I didn't want pizza, but I needed to eat something for dinner and that was the only option for a non-meat eater. The pizza was pretty great! It was greasy and everything, but good pizza is always greasy! The crust wasn't my favorite. I got pineapple on the pizza. It definitely didn't reheat well later, but that's okay. It was just an alright experience. The waitress looked very displeased that we were there... in fact, the entire staff looked pretty bored or angry. The only reason I am giving this place 3* is because my mother-in-law and my husband both got fish and they said it was very delicious. If you are in the area, I would recommend you go over to Stamper's Northern Lakes Restaurant instead, unless you are there to drink, as the bar looked great.

All the fish is locally caught, as it should be. The breading made it. It was real light and crunchy, nothing like beer batter (which is GROSS to me), and the fries were hot and crunchy. Hubby's sister had the whitefish and said "mmmmm" just about every bite!! The tartar sauce is homemade and very tasty. It only took minutes to get our food and although the place inside is dark and dank, there is a nice patio on the water. Ran about $10.00 a person with a pop. /Tasty!!

Found the Three Seasons by a quick Yelp search and headed there. Not many customers there for lunchtime, so we were seated and served quickly. We ordered the basic 2-egg, hash browns and toast, with sausage added to mine. About as simple as it gets, but this place did it better than 90% of diners I've been to. Not an off flavor or texture in anything. Toast was thick and crunchy, and the sausages I got were much thicker than most links served at restaurants, almost like mini-kielbasas with the flavor heading in that direction too. Not greasy or gristly in the least. Don't get that way nearly enough, but would certainly check out other offerings here next time I do.

There are some tables available (as well as a port-a-potty) but they do a lot of takeout. We ordered a whitefish basket to split (comes with fries and coleslaw), as well as a coney dog. Food is made to order so everything was hot and fresh. They had condiments available including malt vinegar and ketchup. There was a bit of confusion on what we ordered and we almost had a basket of ours taken away, but once we sorted it all out, we dug in. The fish was very good but I'm partial to whitefish (which is what they serve). The batter was a bit thicker than my preference but fried nicely. The onion rings were delicious! We shared a few with our friends and I'd get my own order next time. The coney dog was not what you'd expect if you're from Detroit, it was closer to a chili cheese dog you'd get at a sporting event. Tasty but I think I'd skip it next time. Portions were large and they do take credit card/tap to pay.
